I'm gc but when I was c3 I just tried to play as fast as possible. From diamond to champ it was just getting way faster and better at recoveries. And to get to c3 it was kind of the same thing and I was getting really mechanical. But I could never hit Gc even though I felt like I had the skill for it. I had to take a step back, slow down and actually think about what's happening and I finally reached gc. I feel you on the drunk on speed thing. Hope u reach gc gl.
That’s why it’s click bait and a joke. What this guy preaches might get you to c2. I think it’s a scheme to get his viewers to buy in to his GCR program. In my opinion you need the basics mastered and be able to do some flashy mechs for you to get GC and stay there.
@@queasyclipsrl a bit yes (not in all games) but he could then manage in gc without this guy. In my opinion this is proof that he could eventually get gc solo q, it would just take more time. Like if he wasn't gc with piano he would not win a single game in those ranks
I would say these mechanics are reasonable for the average player - I'm low-mid GC1 and this basically looks like my gameplay. The air dribbles and the odd flip reset are reasonable for a player at this level.
Such a big contrast between this series and Flakes no mechanics series. Barely going to make it out of champ *with* flip resets, wall play and double touches.
mechs need fr GC: open nets, air dribbles, double taps, speedflips, maybe flip resets it doesnt hurt, dribbles, powerslide cuts, shooting, n recoveries maybe even more but im not bothered but mainly the fundamentals
