can I just say, about these tournaments, that there are many players clearly scamming that have like 150 goals per game and somehow the system hasn't figured it out (to my knowledge)? Addressing that might make me try these again, but they just seem pointless if you're trying to do it legitimately and not put in the effort to scam your way through it.
You should do a video where you let the pros redo their shots and see how long they take to do it. Or maybe a competition between them to see who can succeed all these shots the fastest
@@kenoobyy nahh, that goal was good but it just wasn't clean enough for it to be goal of the year imo. Plus the stakes at that point were SO low, it kind of ruined it.
@@kenoobyy but the actual finish wasn't very clean, and the defense was kind of weird. Top goal of the year for sure, but the best? Nah. JSTN's goal was better. I'd even say that the Joyo/Aztral was better.
@@kenoobyy This is gonna sound weird asf, but that one isn't really a "hard" goal, it is mechanically challenging, but if you practice air dribbles a lot, you know how much room for error you have with that, the jstn shot is insanely precise and requires absolute mastery of your car (or luck but jstn does precise touches consistently so it wasn't mainly luck)
The thing I love about this is it shows how many different options pros have to pull off shots. Like for example when wayton was doing Noly's reset ceiling rebound he was able to turn it into a ceiling reset double touch and still score
I feel like there needs to be a part 2 to this. There are so many shots that deserve recognition that should be attempted to recreate. Great video though!
It’s truly insane how these pros can just get the perfect touch, that’s what all of these goals come down to is either the perfect pass or a perfect first touch, damn this game is hard
It's crazy how much time you put into all the shots, but none look as clean as the ones the pros did in game (no offense to you lol). The most impressive part is that they didn't have as much leeway as you do here, they have to be unpredictable and outplay world class defenders in real-time WHILE pulling off these insane mechanics.
That jstn goal had to be exactly precise to the last pixel. U can see he doesn’t let go of boost and doesn’t even have time to air roll that’s how perfect it was
This was a great video! I know i could never do it but even your struggle with FK’s shot really showed. Even when you hit it, it was a lot different than his. FK went off the ceiling at a much tighter angle. Again, could never do it but it just shows how crazy good these guys are! Thanks for this banger vid 🤙🏽
I think a lot of crazy pro goals (e.g. FK reset quad tap) are flukes that are improvised immediately after because of the sheer skill and reaction speed of the players.
Two cool things I noticed in this video: 1. The defensive “pros” still defending some of Wayton’s shots just proves how insanely well positioned pros are. Sure, some of it is luck but for the most part, they’re positioned well enough to cover enough of the goal that even when they aren’t tryna read the actual shot that they’re defending, they still save some of them. 2. A lot of the mechanical goals scored by pros actually come more from vision, creativity and set up (including teammate’s passes) than actual mechanics. Of course, you have some shots like JSTN’s wall read, Beastmode’s ceiling pinch or Firstkiller’s low boost double where it’s just crazy mechanics and almost impossible for the majority of the player base to hit. However, there are some examples, like the Joyo ground double, Noly’s goal in this video or even the Sypical corner double, where even a non-freestyler GC picked up on the shots super quickly and hit them pretty cleanly. Obviously it’s not in an in-game situation either but that’s my point, pure mechanics isn’t what always makes the best shots so good.
Bro the double touch from a bump from acronick VS evil genisious last season and the double of the sidewall from him too in the same series was insane you should have tried
Good video! Maybe you can make one where you explain how to use that tool to play for pros using the replays. I don't understand the tutorials the company has.
I'm with Johnny Boi, I think it shouldn't be called "Plan B" It makes it seem like they didn't intend to shoot it that way... When they clearly did. Love your videos Wayton!! Keep up that grind my dude!
The name comes from the freestyle world, where freestylers would never try to get this form of pogo because it's ugly. In freestyling, it is unintended (getting a real pogo is difficult). With that said, I think that when used competitively and intentionally as Acronik did, it should be called something else for the reason you stated.
"I ordered all the shots on this list from Great to Absolutely Insane" -Psyonix is gonna steal your measuring system for their next gamemode population indicator
I don't really know but I've been thinking of passing training where the goals are in the ground so that you pass and Not always Shoot... what Do u think?
Great video as always, I can’t imagine doing these shots in any circumstance. So I’m plat 2 in threes and Diamond 1 in 2s. I want to learn mechanics and rotational skills but honestly, I don’t know where to even start. I’ve watched tutorial after tutorial and I can’t seem to understand what I’m supposed to do. I would like to be coached but I don’t know anyone who would coach me. So my question is this, what should be the mechanics I learn first, what rotational skills should I learn first before I learn other skills. Great video as always
for mechanics: practice just the basic stuff like shooting, fast aerials, saves, stuff like that for rotational stuff: try rotating backpost when on defense (backpost is the goal post opposite ball side; if the ball is on the left side, go to the right post, you’ll have the whole goal in front of you which will allow for easier defense) and also stay behind your teammate and wait your turn to shoot

:O
bro in the 6st shot its 75 boost but when u use boost it still 75...
thanks so much!!

I'd watch this, I think it would make a great video.
This is a great idea!
Great idea!😊
Would also love it!
I agree with my reptilian friend
JSTN's goal at worlds was the best of the tournament imo. Underrated goal. I don't think enough people knew how insane that touch was.
It was the best goal at worlds arguably but I would say goal of the year has to go to Joyo's 1v3 against falcons. That was otherworldly.
@@kenoobyy nahh, that goal was good but it just wasn't clean enough for it to be goal of the year imo. Plus the stakes at that point were SO low, it kind of ruined it.
@@joelikesthings He ended that goal in a 1v2 with about 10 boost tho, thats so hard to do
@@kenoobyy but the actual finish wasn't very clean, and the defense was kind of weird. Top goal of the year for sure, but the best? Nah. JSTN's goal was better. I'd even say that the Joyo/Aztral was better.

5:32 no one gonna talk about the unreal save from Ahmad here 😂
This is Rocket league!!
We know
@@gamer_brotherzzz927stfu, u dont know what he means.
6:50 he had unlimited boost 😂😂😂
Love you wayton just funny that you didn’t notice the glitch
I don't really like rocket league as much as I used to, but it's still great seeing you post!

The craziest part to me aren't the goals, but the fact that pros can come up with them on the fly and execute them perfectly on the first attempt.
I agree, total masterminds
The Justin and Sypical shots are insane
Love your devotion to these videos and respect the grind 🫡
Please do a series where pros try to recreate their best shots.
That jstn goal had to be exactly precise to the last pixel. U can see he doesn’t let go of boost and doesn’t even have time to air roll that’s how perfect it was

Great vid
Diamonds and plats who can “consistently” do X, Y and Z mechanic have left the chat.
Bro these pro's placements are SOOO INSANE that in a replay like this they just stop half the shots you could think of x)
Nice video❤ wayton you always make my day😁
I love it when the recording of the player saves the shot
Wayton: no! that was it! that was it!
Me: obviously it wasn't.
not even surprised that Jstn’s goal is the only goal that wasn’t replicated because JSTN is just DIFFERENT
not rly
2:33 that own goal was crazy
Bro i was waiting for another one for sooooo long
tysm
This is the type of content we like to see.
Love your content wayton keep them coming as I've learnt so much watching your videos now slowly building up my own channel #goat #thisisrocketleague
I would love to be able to do this... 😀
Another banger. Thanks, Wayton.
My fav series
Was waiting for this!
always wating for this type of video awesome keep it up man
id love a version of this but for the insane saves pros have made
Cut looking insane 🔥🔥
I love these types of videos you make lol! Their fun to watch
id love to see a follow up of this video where you get the pro that hit the shot to try and hit it again with the plug in
Not sure why, but I love it when the recorded defender makes the save. Wayton probably feels differently...
That goal of JSTN was soo fucking smooth.
I love wayton his schoong is massive
It’s crazy to think about how your versions of these shots might have been saved. The pros have to get so much power, speed, and precision
Nice video! at 9:02 what was caard doing 😂
JSTN’s goal was pretty cool so I count myself as an amazing own goaler😂😂😂😂
I love these types of videos, can you do more using this plug in
I think a lot of crazy pro goals (e.g. FK reset quad tap) are flukes that are improvised immediately after because of the sheer skill and reaction speed of the players.

Gl doing it this year
Wayton deserves way way way more subscribers, and support bro you do the best videos😎
Chicago so good, he saving the ball in replays
I call one of my cats poo poo pp papa, that made me laugh. good vid wayton
Really enjoyed this one, great job 🎉
The Comm bump joke.... Classic!
oh and your vids are The Best videos i ever seen bro
keep up the good work, wish you the best in rl
Congrats on getting sponsored!
as a freestyler its crazy that a plan B in comp is considered rare, they're one of the easiest mechanics to get down
7:00 why did your boost stay to 70?
Haha caught emmmm
You know something good is coming when Wayton hasn’t uploaded for a while
P.S Caard had me balling
At 9:15 bro said noo so hard bro sounded like 2 people😂
11:10 Wayton, I hate to break it to you, but FirstKiller got 5 touches there, not 4…
Love the content bro!!!
at 8:03 wayton turned into a pro player
Bro the double touch from a bump from acronick VS evil genisious last season and the double of the sidewall from him too in the same series was insane you should have tried
finally coming back to this game after not playing for 1 year
Wayton contines this w series

this seems such a fun way of training mechs omg
WAYTON I LOVE YOUUUUJ
Love your vids!
i like these types of videos
That noise at 9:50 made me think someone fell in my house
You should recreate the loading screen for rocket league in game!
What is the plugin he used? Anyone knows?
Love the videos keep it up! ❤
why did it not show your boost going down at all after you pick up the small pad on #6?
Me, a plat who knows that deep down I'm better but I just can't do this because of my teammates
Next year you should try and do this but with the pros that scored the goal trying to do it again
I'm with Johnny Boi, I think it shouldn't be called "Plan B" It makes it seem like they didn't intend to shoot it that way... When they clearly did. Love your videos Wayton!! Keep up that grind my dude!

Any chance you could upload a Google drive folder for the replay files? Wouldn't mind practicing some of these myself.
I love ur content man❤
Want wait to see what Zen gives us this year, It's gonna be fun.
I wanna try these but i can’t on playstation so is there a training map like it?
wayton...
THANK YOU :)
Should do pros recreating their old best goals and then improving them for the current standard
he thought we wouldnt notice check the firstkiller shot wayton had extra boost
The music is a vibe
So good and enjoyable video
I don't really know but I've been thinking of passing training where the goals are in the ground so that you pass and Not always Shoot... what Do u think?
what is the background music at 4:42 ?
9:00 caard vs wall epic episode
How have I not watched this before...
What plug-in is this? Wanna try this too but with easier shots
Here's a vid idea with this plugin. Make multiple shotpacks for multiple pros and let them re-try their greatest shots
do one for the 2023 seaason aswell as many crazy shots were scored
This just shows how much time and effort pro players put into the game to pull these shots off
That's why they get paid to "play" it.. at that point, it actually is more of a job than playing a game.. but I'd still love to do it, lol.

You should do a video when people say they belong in this rank and if they win against the rank you have to help them get to that rank?
