The only way I've found to remove the blur is to use a static shot with no characters in it as a "clean plate." So you'd put the camera on a tripod to record the scene, have your actors step out of frame and record for longer than the scene took place (that's your "clean plate"). Then get the Blendr download from WD, export it with an alpha channel, and place it over the clean plate. The lighting of the character would still match your scene. (I think how WD matches the lighting is underrated.)
It's called Wonder Dynamics. You can use footage from a phone but I don't know if you can edit on your phone. It's cloud based so it might work. wonderdynamics.com
The blur around the character is really bad...is there a way that WD can remove this?

No. To remove the blue of edges we can hire a slimmest actor so that ai can easily hide the actor
I made a film with Wonder without leaving my office.
Can you give me the link of how to buy? Can the mobile phone operate? Thank you
