From what I have seen of 3D printing, a lot of the users add structure to snip off if it prints on a base. Also sanding. Lots of sanding to smooth out the surfaces.
Try printing a bit hotter, try 215° you may get some stringing but that can be taken off with a heat gun, if you do get stringing at that temp increase your retraction or try print at 210
