A question that they may ask is tell me about a situation that was negative at work and how did you handle it? How do you manage your time? Why do you want to work for Marriott? Explain a time you went above and beyond for a customer? Tell me about a time you overcame a challenge? Use STAR method Situation, Task, Action and Results. Pick a situation, What was the task you had to do what was the action you took what was the results because of the actions you took to have a positive outcome.
@@crazyvibes4320 Hi, Definitely research STAR Method Because that’s what they go by when you go to the interview the manager has a sheet with the questions on that sheet the majority of the questions are why would you like to work for Marriott and situation questions. Look at the sample answers even if you have to make up a short little story of a situation and how you took care of it then do that. It’s best to practice and be prepared because they will not like you not to answer any of their questions it will be not look good. Be calm And confident. And good luck I know you will do good as long as you practice you got this.

They even mentioned how it was refreshing to not see robot - like rehearsed responses. Also remember that people want to hire people they see themselves enjoying spending 40 hrs/wk with.
