The background vocals and harmony is always a way to add musicality, and layer to a song. These varied layers, and musical variations in keys, all adds to those layers. Just a FANTASTIC song, and collaboration!! Whew!! I just love this song!

I think that the reason that Bruno and Anderson have such a melodic synchronicity is because they are first and foremost MUSICIANS, then singers, dancers, songwriters, and producers. Hats off for their unashamed seduction through their music...lthix whole album is an instant classic! 🎼🎵🎶🎶🎶🎶

I saw Paak on NPR Tiny Desk Concert, then live at an Amazon AWS trade show, and on Fortnite.. He's so amazing, and I can't think of anyone better than Mars to pair with. I first heard this song a little before the grammys and (wildly out of touch) felt like I had stumbled onto this great little known musical treasure. Then I looked at the views and saw 535,000,000! Needless to say I was not even, vaguely, on any planet close to somehow discovering this.
