I do steak and lamb and it falls off the bone but if I eat out and the lamb is tougher than I usually have I enjoy it regardless, I don't mind a bit of a chew to it.

I've found Caribbean food is around the same price both in NYC and UK (wayyyy expensive) whereas in Jamaica it's literally peasant food. I wouldn't call this food Jamaican though

The meat is tasty but overcooked for my liking so I never get it. The stars of the show are the rice, plantain, and Mac and cheese, all of which Danny said were very good. I suggest if you are in the area you try it. You will be surprised. By the way, I have to travel nearly an hour to get there and I still go every couple of months. It's worth the 2 hour round trip.

Believe it or not if prawns are cooked properly you can actually eat the shell and it contains chitosan which lowers cholesterol, I've not tried it myself and i think they are usually deep fried with cornstarch but i prefer to remove the tail shell prior to cooking to also de-vein them (removing the poop)
