Some judgemental types in the comments give the man a break he is trying to better himself and build something in an area where opportunities are scarce. There's much quicker and faster ways to make money in that area but he opts for hard work. I say good on him.

I get the feeling this isn't approved by the council so hygiene and lack of washing facilities etc would be my concern.
