Amazing creative line that sadly ended way too soon. So many useful pieces (weapons, helmets, armor plates, CAPES!), and oh lordy the different metalic armor colors, glorious. Also the best canister design Lego ever had, the metallic ones from the third wave.

0:53 it's worth pointing out, they did this with Chima. It's not clear to me whether it worked, I wasn't a huge Chima fan myself

I own a few of the chima large sets I had gorzan, and my brother had Laval, and I had a few parts from a second hand eris, gorzan was great because he had the massive chest piece that ccbs hulk used

My first self-MoC used the helmet from Sir Kentis (the green knight with the morning star) and it remains my favourite helmet piece right next to the Skrall/Vorox armour piece. I've also integrated the shoulder armour (which are called Pauldrons) in several of my MoCs. The armour and weapons from Knights Kingdom are fantastic additions to any large scale figure MoC!

Wait, there were Knight's Kingdom big figures that came in Nesquik boxes? I didn't know LEGO was sponsored by child slavery.

5:55 when you showed those illustrations and talked about the story, I got such a massive rush of nostalgia! I totally forgot how the story had layers, and really incredible illustrations. Not as deep as Bionicle, but really adds depth to the story and sets

The shoulders and Helmets are just top notch for MoCs.
And the articulation system has become a permanent stay of large Lego mechs/robots.

I remember going to a cousins house and seeing two of these sets. They were in pieces everywhere, and I wasn't able to reassemble them fully, but they were always odd to me. I thought they were a lego knockoff, as I don't think I could read back then, at least, not well. I remember I was trying to assemble them using the images on the back of the canister, and its a good memory. Now that I actually know what those are, they're pretty neat. The colors and pieces are definitely cool, and I would love to use them at some future point.

What do you call that type of colouring where it’s a grain texture between 2 colours?
I like that and I wish lego would bring it back.

Hey! This Is Completely Unrelated to the Video, but I Have a Question. I Am Making a Hero Factory Mega-Collab/Contest. The Way It Will Work Is Brackets Will Be Open for Different Heros. People Will Be Able to Submit Their Version of That Hero, and the Best Ones Will Be a Part of the Mega-Collab. I Would Love to Do This, but I’m Afraid I Will Not Be Able to Get Enough Publicity for People to See the Contest.
If It’s Okay With You, I Could Send the Rules of the Contest and Other Things Related to It, and You Could Make a Video About It. This Would Make My Contest Much More Visible, so More People Can Join. Once the Contest Is Over, You Could Make a Mega-Collab Spotlight Video Showing off the Winners. If You Don’t Wanna, or Just Can’t, It’s Fine, Don’t Beat Yourself up About It.
Thanks for Reading! (Also Sorry for How Long This Comment Is)

Well, you did have Chima Ultrabuilds coming out alongside the System Chima sets and well, they're not around anymore, and neither are the Star Wars Ultrabuilds. Constraction's practically dead my friend except for whatever they're trying out with the Marvel figures at the moment, but those are also far more System heavy and less Contraction in my eye. Constraction feels like it needs to be built around specific parts for characters and creatures, and the current Marvel character builds are more of an articulated System build. I love the little Mechs though, those are great.
