    I love your videos! I am a flexible dancer and I don't find many yoga classes tailored to flexible people because these classes are typically tailored to the general public. Please keep posting videos and maybe even make a yoga sequence/ full body workout for dancers!

    Well, I´m gonna do that flow a lot before I can really do everything and not sit here in sweat (i had already worked out and thought "spinal waves, sounds laid back", lol). But I recognize a lot of movements that i saw in your insta-posts and wanted to incorporate into my practice. Thanks for the video!

    I’ll have to go back and study some of the transitions before trying this again. I felt awkward this first time around, but I’m looking forward to smoothing it out with more practice.

    I'm not sure but I think because of repetitive stress and constant body weight pressure on my wrists, I've been having some issues with both my wrists lately. I really want to try this amazing flow but I doubt my wrists will allow me to do so... You're usually on your wrists, so how do you keep them healthy?? I really want to go back my normal routine :(

    I have low back pain and sadly these movements have made it hurt more :((( Might be I'm trying to bend too much.

    Hy im work out along w my girlfriend...can you? and we both request cardio tabata...work out using resistencia band..we both bought one and can you teach us cardio tabata for beginners!!!! We asking you to teach us a work out please!😚

      Hello! I don't know what cardio tabata is but I've just ordered some resistance bands which I'm expecting to arrive soon! I'd LOVE to create a yoga flow with resistance bands! I'll do that next time I film :-)

    This video is very informative but also too fast and the sequence too advanced for someone who’s doing this for the first time. Great practice though.🙏🏽
