    The 20 minute mat pilates core workout has totally helped me get into shape during lockdown. I love how responsible you are as a teacher keeping stretches balanced to an excellent workout. I cannot thank you enough.

    I’m still new to Pilates... but WOW.. I love the strength and stretching combinations.... These moves are so challenging, and I can feel my entire body using muscles I didn’t know I had!!! Thankyou for Your treasure chest of workouts!!!!

    Nice class! I am going to start teaching Pilates to a mixed group after a few years away from it my self. I loved your warmup with the multiple levels. Side plank/inner thigh lift was a new one for me. Thanks!

    WOWIE! I was already beat from doing a 30 minute dance cardio workout (sorry amy, I'm seeing someone else for dance cardio), got down on the mat with this pilates core workout, then finished with your 10 minute K-Bell Love Handles...now I'm really done! I will come back to this mat pilates workout when I want an additional 20 minutes of core work--like on my rest days :) Still Love You Amy! XO-S

    Another GREAT workout! Warmup moves were feeling like the workout 😅 Very challenging and some moves were hard for me to do, but I still loved the workout 💖I LOVE all your Pilates workouts and would always want to do more & more.
