I also like to bake my cakes 25 degrees less than what the recipes call for because my oven gets hot so I add more tome to mine also I use the measuring cup method to even out the batter between pans
@@demijones7537 I had to recalibrate my oven because it was under heating. It was 30 degrees less than it should have been. My sister and I bought an oven thermometer, researched how to calibrate the oven on TH-cam and saved $300 by not calling in a service. Now my cakes are great again and I plan to try this recipe very soon!
