How aboht if my damn wheel(driver side wheel the oen touching the road) turns on its own as if my inphts to turn just give it a push but it ultimately ends up flailing around in the wheel hub.

I have been told that i cannot do 4 wheel alignment in my vehicle as this is front wheel drive ...

Most the time your rear is always aligned right because in fwd cars there's no weight in the back. So they say that.
Even if your drop your car low, the rear alignment won't be effected. Only the front.
In my case, I had an alignment done 2 weeks ago after dropping the ride height. I had a bad toe out. I dropped the sub frame today to diagnose a noise and now my steering wheel is really crooked. So my toe is still aligned but I need to adjust tie rod length by a thread and I'll be set.
