Very impressive. I’ve been playing rhythm guitar for 50 years and more recently thought it would be nice to learn a Santana lead. Honestly the grace and ease that you play this just put me in “ enjoy mode” and I don’t think I have enough years to pull it off half that well.
So many of us have grown up with this fabulous melody, this version by Eliza Lee is the very best I have heard after Carlos Santana himself. So very beautifully played and wow, what an amazing skill, thank you so very much for this!

Eliza is beautiful and masterful doing this song, ❤ it. it’s definitely the high water mark for rock songs of that decade.. makes me think of a hot summer and being ocean side… a timeless anthem.. positive fun personal memories of my past with this song..

Very nice you brought me back to when this song was new I woke up outside in my city after a night of drinking. The sun was just coming up burning through the night haze and the bodega I was next to was just opening up, I was smelling all the fruit the old man was putting out..this song was on inside..so thank you.

It was my favourite track then and still is today. It opened my eyes and ears to Santana.
This is one of those songs where the notes are simple but the feeling is everything. Phrasing, spacing, shaping the spaces between the notes.
