@bnmcvxiad owzlhabv most 7.5mm (7-8mm) ammo will work. I use all kinds of other ammo. The main issue is if they grow over 8mm, then they don't feed well. Hardened ammo is much better than Splatrball.

since trying to load it with the included bottle sucks, i just drain the excess water from the bottle, and then put the gel balls in a funnel from the kitchen that goes into the magazine

when you speedload it you have to shake the bottle up and down not side to side, they come out much easier.

@@paulallen-01 I bought 5 of these so far to play with friends/family. They are a lot of fun, but definitely recommend full face/head protection for younger players. I got hit in the lip and it stung bad enough that had it been a kid, they would have been crying. One blaster had an issue right from the start where it would only shoot intermittently. The mag motor worked, but the gels would not advance into the barrel. We tried different mags and gels and could not get that one to work consistently. The others worked great.

Yep, blue one is SUB. Honestly, I prefer it without a stock. Stock just gets in the way. This doesn't have any kickback like a real rifle.

Thanks, more to come. This is a much more powerful blaster than the Gel Blaster Surge. When tested on the chrono, it was shooting around 220fps. But the Surge has the edge in terms of maneuverability.

Wow, can't believe I overlooked that in the video. The charger has a USB connector and charges Li-ion 7.4V battery. It's a common charger for these 7.4V 2s Li-ion gel blaster batteries

Is there anyway to fix a shooting error ? The wheel in the mag just spins but the bead just jumps up when fired is there any way to fix this ?

I don't know of one off hand, but any 7.4V lipo battery that fits in that compartment and has the right connector will work.

Yes, was just showing how craptabulous their bottle feed neck is. I ended up taking a large soap bottle, cut open a flap on the side to load wet gels, drilled a bunch of holes in the bottom to strain them, and then use the standard bottle opening to load them into the magazine. Works great.

Yes, I've seen this happen before. Usually gel balls are undergrown, and need to be soaked longer.

Thanks but this is from 4hr grown gels. Same splat r ball 400 usually only single fire if I single fire they just fall right out but if I rapid fire they will shoot to the ground I was hoping this was just normal function of how the system operates and not faulty

@@alonzonunez5037 Stick one of the gel balls in the tip of the barrel, and check if the gel ball rolls in the barrel or is stuck in the tip. If it rolls freely, it is too small. Different water hardness will affect gel ball growth, so yours may not be growing large enough.

Depends on where you get hit and from how far. You always know when you get hit. On clothes you just feel the impact. On bare skin it feels like getting snapped by a rubber band. On the face it stings and you'll probably jump around and curse. It's nothing to be afraid of. Definitely need good eye protection. I will be upgrading from the safety glasses that came with it to some good goggles.
