- I unbox the Splat-R-Ball blaster and give an initial review. The Splat-R-Ball blaster is a modified WELLS G36c blaster. The external cosmetics are changed a little, but the gearbox and internals are almost exactly the same. Therefore, replacement parts or upgrades available for the WELLS G36c will also work with the SplatRball blaster.

Splatter Ball blaster is the most commonly available blaster sold in the US. It can be found at many Walmart stores, sporting goods, and online. It is sold by Daisy.
CAUTION! - Splatrball and other Gel Blasters should be treated as weapons and should not be used in public or areas where someone who is not part of the game can be hit. The police will charge you with assault with a weapon. There have been multiple instances in the news of people (mainly teens) being charged with crimes for shooting unsuspecting people in public. The gel ball projectiles can cause permanent injury to unprotected eyes and face.

What’s the difference between this one and the lightning blaster. R the parts changeable?
They are very different. No, parts are not interchangeable, even the mags are not cross compatible. The Lightning Blaster is noticeably weaker, shoots under 200 FPS, balls don't go as far. Splatrball shoots 210+

Yes, everything's cross.compatible. They are physically identical. Only the color is different.

@@engineerable it arrived today, and it performs really good. I think they fixed some things for it because the thing on the mag to let the gels out, it doesnt go to the side, and the sling clip isnt hard to put on.

I want to buy this one but i'm not sure every gel blaster that i bought stopped working in the first day is this one durable?
It's ok, mine have not broken yet. Some people say it breaks fast, some say it lasts. Don't hold down full auto for too long. Shoot in bursts. I have had some issues with a bent tappet plate causing it not to feed. I prefer the UNLOCX, or SURGE XL

Idk whats wrong with mines I can't put the battery back on can somebody helpi can put the battery in but I can't put the blue clip back on
The connector is probably in the way
Piston is the same for Gel blaster and airsoft.
One would think so, however the Splatrball uses a non standard piston head o ring slot width. Fortunately the cylinder is standard diameter.

Why do you have to empty all the gels after you're done playing?
They will shrink, stick and jam stuff up. Also releases moisture that can ruin the mag motor

it sting for sure, me and some friends were playing today and one of them got shot in the lip and it started swelling and I got hit in the neck and it left a small welt, it went away after like an hour though, they hurt😂from a longer distance it won’t leave a mark but it will sting, they fun though, the one with the drum mag hurts the most, cuz it shoots the fastest and has 1200 rounds
