  • To say that walnuts are a nutritious food is a bit of an understatement.
In fact, there ís so much interest in this one nut that for the past 50 years, scientists and industry experts have gathered annually at the University of California, for a walnut conference discussing the latest walnut health research.
In this video I want to talk about 5 of its main or newly discovered benefits.

I've been eating tons of Walnuts, Almonds & Pecans. Three different doctors wanted to know why my heart was so strong. I eat fresh fruits like dark 🍇 contain Tannin in the skins. For your brain. Broccoli, Asparagus & Brussel Sprouts main diet. At 68 I feel great and 🚲 ride! Stopped smoking 14yrs. ago. Saved up $115,000.00 my health if fantastic! Enjoyed your program. By the way no sodas for 40yrs. as the carbonation softens marrow causing hip failure not to mention bones become brittle. The elderly don't fall and break their hip, breaks on it's own then you fall. I studied alot on prolonging your life.

Thanks for sharing. I ran most of my younger years, and power walked as I got older. I eat walnuts, fruits and vegetables. All so I eat fish. I've been told many times that I have a strong health heart. But, I recently turned 65 and my insurance through Medicare set me up for a physical. My blood pressure is 125/ 75. At the physical they took my blood pressure and said it was 179/80. The nurse said I'm going to give you a pill for high blood pressure. Then the Doctor said you have an enlarged heart. He the took my blood pressure and said, your blood pressure is at 200/ 85. I got up and got the hell out of that clinic.

Walnut consists of two edible parts.
These two parts inside the nut shell are similar to the two organs in your body: the brain and the intestines.
Take one of these two walnut pieces and examine it.
Take one of the walnut pieces with the flat surface down and examine it.
In the middle of the walnut, there is an extension that ends by narrowing.
This place looks like the rectum.
The thick protruding tissue at the top, the outermost part of the walnut piece, looks like the "large intestine."
If you pay attention, you will notice the thin veins stretching in the middle of the large intestines.
You may have heard that walnuts are like brains.
In the middle of these two edible parts in the walnut is a thin woody layer.
This thin woody layer is similar in shape to the rib cage.
Walnuts can be the most ideal food for your brain, lungs, heart and intestines.
    I have no definite claims.
I like to think this way.

I use to eat junk in the evenings like cookies or candy. Now I eat walnuts in the evenings two or three times a week. One benefit I have found is that if I eat walnuts close to my bedtime and then follow them with a glass of water it is a very good laxative and it is natural.

That's likely due to the high level of magnesium. Most people don't get enough magnesium so too much suddenly can result in the squirts. Ideally you need to find a balance where you can consume some without the messy aftermath as it's not particularly healthy to get diarrhea a lot.

Yes, I agree that Walnuts, Almonds, etc. Are very good prolonging the life span, of course this doesn't mean eating and drinking other harmful things just because you eat walnuts😏😀 also each body is a bit different than the other, so, I would recommend to each, first of all get to know your body, what functions well and what not. Then make up your own diet. That is what I have done😊and thank God my system works well. 👍

I have been working to be able to sleep over 5 hours for a long time now and I just found out about tryptophan and I would like to know how much I would need to consume in walnuts to stay asleep longer. I am trying to sleep from 9-5.
Thank you and did you realize that when you're talking you are dropping the last word or two of every sentence. by that I mean your volume goes way down on the last one or two words of every sentence. I had to relisten several times to catch those words. otherwise I thank you very much for this wonderful information especially that chart that shows that different foods pertain to the different parts of the body, I often wondered.
