The easiest way to dry out an avocado seed is to grate it and pour it into an open bowl. It will dry in 2 to 3 days. We use this method for many years. Be aware of your blood sugar levels when you started using this because it can lower your blood sugar levels quickly. One tablespoon of grated seed is enough to make 2 to 3 cups of tea and then you drink this through the day. It drops your blood sugar level very quickly. We are living in the deep Kalahari Desert in Namibia and avocado is very expensive but an important fruit when you are not every day in town to go to the doctor or grocery store. All my thanks to Ryan. Now I know more about this incredible fruit.

Can I consume avocado seed if I already have low blood sugar levels? I want to take it for the heart benefits but my blood sugar levels are consistently low.

    I Love This Channel
    I don't dehydrate the seeds.
After reading the avocado 🥑 I cut the seed in half - then it'll lay flat.
With a good knife it slices rather well. Be Careful. I put the slices in my smoothies which often include the avocado 🥑

I have been eating avocado's for many years, I put the seeds aside till the covering shell of the avocado starts to dry out, I then grate the seed/s and store the shavings in a large jar, I then can use what amount I require to make tea or to add it to my snack box which holds chopped Spinach, cucumber, sliced onions, thin sliced mushrooms, one chopped up avocado, or mackerel in tomato sauce cottage cheese, rocket, cha seeds, turmeric, cumin, black pepper the stir - Fantastic!

if you want to make powder out of it:
    - cut the seed into small pieces
    - put into air fryer at 160 F for 30 minutes to suck the moisture
    - rotate the cut up seeds and air fry again for 15 minutes
    - then put inside coffee grinder to ground them up
then you get a nice dried up powder
