Support had not been great for the RSV4. I sourced parts myself. But we guys who bought the Aprilia Big bikes were aware of all this and still bought the bikes because the bikes are excellent. It's really hard to go back to anything else once you're used to the character of the Aprilias. Reliability wise there's been no issue if maintained well. We just needed a good technicians to take care of them. The bikes are superb. At least the new ones are. However there's a new dealer now in Bangalore Falconmobikes. I got my 457 through them. Their Support so far has been excellent. They are already dealers of Suzuki big bikes and know how to treat and handle customers. Apparently lot of changes have happened in the top management of Piaggio aswell and so far all seems positive. This new dealer also can help me with the maintainance of Rsv4.
