Aww ❤ I feel like sometimes journaling makes me feel worse when I’m writing about something negative (and im more likely to journal when im in a bad mood than a good one) I think I need to remember to journal when im happy too
Yes! Make sure to journal when you’re happy too it’ll be great looking back and reading about happy times u had xx

Omg what happened to your gratitude journal video? Also OMG so sorry I’ve not been here in agges I need to start writing down the channels I think are particularly great - yours is one and I completely forgot what your channel was called for the past few months and kept trying to remember- eventually the youtube algo led me to come across your channel again! Hope you don’t mind that I have made note of the name of it now I am subbed but wanted to watch back this one and your journaling ones and couldn’t till I found your channel again!!!! Thanks for making great videos that ppl miss watching when they’ve forgotten the name of it! 💜

so not quite quicksand but my uncle got stuck up to his armpits in a sinkhole and i was freakkinnnng out lol
