    The guy from PC is very clear about the border lines and are equal with our experience with PC. We have the Maximal Plan with full OPD coverage. Regularly after we visited a hospital with minor health issues for more than 3 times, all family members faced a lot of untrust which was very painful. There was always the fear our minor health issues came from expected pre-existing conditions or might be anyhow of chronically manner. One issue led into an endorsement for which it was impossible to have a personal communication with the so-called underwriters, wherewith it gives us the impression that either PC nor their Med-Sure provider has sufficient health experts. They act as a insurance company by trying not to cover what they even can avoid to cover… Hope there is more faith and reliability within the 3rd year…

    This was so informative Les, thankyou very much. A lot of good information explained very well by your guest. Even without looking further into it, I can already estimate that insurance may be more affordable to me than what I was originally dreading about. A very helpful video. 👍

    Thanks very much for this video, Les. It's great that you found a representative who is fluent in English and can articulate the nuances of the policies and industry as a whole.
    Of particular interest was the fact that different components of the policy can be adjusted to reflect an individual's requirements. My specific interest as a healthy man in his mid 50s is the accident coverage.

    Thanks Les! The email address you shared at the beginning of the video is arguably the longest email address I've ever seen. It also suggests that you're personally benefitting in some way. But then I think no not Les, because he's totally transparent. Maybe it's just me, but I still categorize health insurance salesmen with sleazy used car salesmen.

    • @RetiredandLivingthedream
      @RetiredandLivingthedream  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Hi the reason for the long address and my link is that as mentioned if a group of 30 plus join then the group get a discount so we needed a link as to where people come from. How they found Pacific Cross and Loic give this email link. So if you buy a policy via this link then the group members start. Everyone benefits. The alternative is not get a discount, I do get a small kickback for the work and effort in making this video if people join but every youtuber gets commission one way or another. I also dislike Car Salesmen, but also have a choice to buy or not to buy a product, the interview is for the benefit of others and we all have a choice who we decide to trust, it is your choice as to who you chose. I am honest reliable and trustworthy and provide unbiased information always have done and always will do. I suggested Pacific Cross as I use them and am happy with their service. ( 10 years) They offered to provide answers to the questions provided by my subscribers, the other Medical providers did not answer my request for interviews. I also did the Assisted living in Thailand and these videos take time and money to produce. Thanks for your comment and for watching.

    The Problem with PC is their in-compatability when moving Countries, after 2 years with PC in Philippines paying around 3-3,500 USD a year. I contacted PC in both Thailand and Philippines to transfer my policy and or ease my transfer to Thailand, i was met with constant silence, non comittals from both countries. Basically i did not want to lose my PC history just because i moved countries. to note i was dealing with a PC director to boot. In the end PC just left me to chase Philippines for additional information and i got so tired of chasing i actually was forced to give up. Totally fuming with PC.

    • @MSBadger99
      @MSBadger99 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      In addition i was constantly told PC Philippines and Thailand are completely different companies when asking them to contact each other and discuss transfering my policy or at least ease my transition to Thailand.

      Hi as it is only a month into it we will asses this next month. As yet I am not sure. I would say this time next year we will be there. Some of the applicants have already insurance with other providers so Loic has plenty of interest at the moment. He is still working out the benefits of the Group policy also when I know I will do the video and let people know. Thanks for watching.

      Hi and thanks for the comment, yes he works for Pacific Cross you can contact Pacific Cross and a representative will call you back but signing up with Loic we are forming a group policy, if we get enough members we all get a discount going solo then it is just a policy. It is up to you at the end of the day but he was willing to answer the questions put to him and he give the answers. Hope this answers your question. Thanks for watching.

    Les what are the names of the two preferred public hospitals mentioned .
    Couldn't make them out

    • @RetiredandLivingthedream
      @RetiredandLivingthedream  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I could not pronounce them but send Loic an email and he can tell you them both. I have never herd of them but I do not live in Bangkok. I don't even know the name of the Government hospital I would go to in Rayong if needed but my wife knows which Hospital it is. When you take a policy out you get a booklet with all the Hospitals in so you can chose which one is good for you. If asked I am sure Loic would provide the list of Hospitals for you.
      Hope this helps thanks for the question.
