Hello good evening from Philippines

Met Les last week, lovely guy,so helpful and exactly the same in person as he comes across on the channel. Seriously considering selling up in the UK, we ended staying in Rayong for a week or so, beaches were amazing and the area is pretty underdeveloped. So quiet on the roads once off the main highways. Food and accommodation appears cheaper than the more popular resorts. We loved it and will be back, thanks Les, keep up the good work.

Same old, same old Les! Have you ever stopped to consider that you’re overselling a dream, which will eventually take the edge off it for you and many others? As well as influencing others to take a plunge into the unknown that they shouldn’t and may live to regret. Not everyone is as fortunate as you to retire at 50 on a fireman’s pension for life!

Thailand is OK for a holiday, but dig only one inch and you will soon find what a crazy corrupt place it is and 99% of Thai women are not worth talking to and will screw you out of everything you have. Every few years there is huge turbulence and the army will impose martial law.

I agree with u. Les many good women in Thailand if you're a good man. The men who u find speak bad about thai women is normally because the men are no good and shit attracts shit. Lived it Thailand 26 years been with my lady 13 years, and as your Ploy ticks most of the boxes so does my girl. I feel like a very lucky man.

This spot was one of my top favorite spots in our one month trip to Thailand last October. Very tranquil and relaxing. Always seemed to be something interesting around the corner on the walkways and paths.

The sound setup is not really working that well. Headset on Les side would have been better.

I've been to pai a few times over the years.. beautiful area.. worst thing is the drive from Chiang mai.. the main town has alot of great street food.. there are some nice bars too.. some of the local farangs are a bit weird.. definitely a drug problem in the community.. we love the hot springs just outside the town.. really nice.. beautiful scenery too.. all the best.
