Thanks for good tip! This grill takes a lot of time for maintenance/cleaning. Weber need to make tray easy to take our for cleaning without any need to disassemble whole grill.
THUMBSCREW TIP: Drill a hole in the thumbscrew head, and in tight spaces you can use an Allen key or anything else that fits in the hole, to loosen/tighten in areas where your thumbs are clumsy or cannot fit.
