For this grill, the Grill Grates seem unnecessary. Saw an article from a well regarded chef at a steak house. He agrees the chuck eye steak is the best value for the money. They only get a few out of a side and are cut from the end of the prime rib. So you’re getting a ribeye with a little less spinalis dorsi. (The cap)
