I had a mini lop, and 3 other rabbits at different times. Not sure of the breeds, though. All were good bunny rabbits. One would bite, but only if hungry, lol! I made sure to keep him well fed!
These aren't even french lops shown, they look more like holland or mini lop, their body and head are just too different. My lop has much broader head, and longer, wider ears. Also, those lops are not timid. It all depends on the individual. Usually they have to be properly socislized and bonded with. My previous one was a real cuddlebun, right from the start he snugged up to us and demanded to be pet, laid flat across me when i slept. He gave me so many kisses. My current frenchie is such a nippy boy, won't let me hold him at all. Don't get me wrong, no rabbit was meant to be held to begin with! And i agree, keeping them in cages of any sort, especially wired ones, is just cruel. My two lops roam free in the house!
I had 2 lionhead rabbits and they were the cutest things ever, sadly they passed away recently, but I will forever love them R.I.P. Tiffin and Tinks :(
In my family we have an 8+ year old chocolate and white Dutch buck, a 11 month red broken mini-satin doe and a 1 1/2 year lilac colored (which doesn’t look lilac at all) Polish buck and they’re all crazy in their own way😂
If I ever get a rabbit/rabbits, the breed will depend on what breeders have chosen to breed here in Denmark; maybe Hermelin or Dutch Lop. I like both breeds of Lion Head rabbits, one is a Miniature Lion Lop. I attended a small private school for the first 6 years, where we had rabbits. Sadly, I never got to take one home to care for during vacation.

LillyCookies DDAENG the Rex are own for they lack of shedding. But all rabbits shed....I have an America Chinchilla and she is very fluffy. I take an allergy pill everyday because she’s worth it..💕! Also it all depends if they’re going to live outside or not. My Lola free roams in my bedroom so she’s not putting on her winter coat. Hope this helps.
my bunny is a mix of lop, angora, rex, and new zealand white so he’s a bit interesting. his eyes are red and blue (red pupils, blue iris’) his fur is grey and fluffy but his ears and snout is blue grey, his body is similar to a rex but his head is small ?? he’s just confusing lol
Here's the thing. I'm not a rabbit person and I don't have any experience caring for a rabbit. In three days. My mom will drop 10 baby rabbits for me to care. She's going cruising so it's up to me to raise her babies well. The problem is. I don't know where to start. I'm having a hard time taking care of 10 Adorable but overly hyped fluff balls jumping around and pooping in my carpet. If any knows how to make this little devils stop destroying my house. Tell me.

Many people are advocating the habit of allowing rabbits to roam free inside the home. It should not be left unclear that rabbits do not ‘litter train’ and their urine is terribly damaging to hardwood floors and plain unhygienic in the normal human living conditions. I farm rabbits, I LOVE rabbits and am particular about what homes they go to but I am not dishonest about what a rabbit is…and is not. They ARE loving pets..but they suffer from hygienic irresponsibility where their waste is concerned. Humans must take that responsibility upon themselves to keep a clean safe environment for their pet.

Had a Flemish Giant and Netherland Dwarf before. Now I have two Rexs. All have been great.
