Some mad lad took a look at all of them and wrote an official story, I think a novel, where they were all retconned as having stolen different parts of the plans.
That’s why I get mad when people say the Disney canon is a mess. Yes, the sequels are shit, but goddamn is Legends messy. Disney has the obvious advantage because they set out to maintain 1 continuity from the beginning, but still. People will legitimately use the clone troopers armor changing from the Kanan comics to the Bad Batch as the most unreconcilable retcon that’s every happened in Star Wars
There are only two possible takes on the Rogue One story I'll accept: 1. Kyle Katarn gets ahold of the Death Star plans in a mission so quick and not a big deal for him that the whole thing fits into the prologue. 2. Perry the Platypus gets ahold of the Death Star plans in a mission so quick and not a big deal for him that the whole thing fits into the prologue.
The only possibility I accept: every team that has been said to recover the plans for the Death Star instead fought when they found it, R2D2 just strolled in and stole the plans under everyone’s noses.

@@some-replies Oh yeah!! There are actually quite a few of them that never made it to other platforms! Lethal Alliance, but also two Battlefront games that were PSP exclusives. Battlefront: Renegade Squadron and Battlefront: Elite Squadron. The latter of which was essentially a scaled down version of the orgiinally planned Battlefront 3 and includes ground to space combat. Also, the Force Unleashed was on PSP and included some interesting features compared to the other platform versions such as a duel mode and historical battle mode (I think it copied the Wii version). I wouldn't recommend getting a PSP now to play them since the hardware is really dated. Instead, you can emulate them on PC and get all the neat graphical features that come with that. For example, I emulated Battlefront Elite Squadron. It's the closest thing to playing Battlefront 3 on PC.
I mainly watch oboeshoesgames because of his insane amount of lore-insider-jokes. Even if he playes a boring linear no-name shooter with no interesting lore whatsoever, he will still make you smile with 40k, bionicle and Skyrim-References.
The people who made this game had the coolest character ever in their hands. For context, twi'leks head tails are sensory organs sort of like if your gut instinct was your ears, so our player character here is an amputee, she's a bounty hunter, *and* she's a rare instance of a canonical alien protagonist (other games where they let you make your character an alien usually don't make it canon or make them canonical a human, boo). I bet there could have been more adventures with her, like books or comics or what have you.. Alas, the PSP was where handheld games went to die. And the less is said about the DS port the better.

That's because in Legends lore the plans were lorewise separated in multiple parts, like imagine Rogue One ending with heroes stealing only the pans of Death Star's main canon, that's how Legends lore portrayed multiple teams and protags doing that. On one case their job was quite a small one, but it's the combine parts of all those plans that gave a full map of Death Star.

I did finish the game, but I've always wondered what the PSP port looked like cuz I never had one. Surfing up walls with the Droid is pretty fun
Actually legends lore wise it's Canon as well, since Death Star plans were separated in multiple plans, like one plan of a main canon , one for outer layer of the station itself and so on.
Somehow I feel like Kyle Katarn waltzing into a poorly-defended imperial outpost and zipping around it at 60kph while killing everything in sight is not a very compelling take on the subject matter.

So the next day I was there with my Money and dad ready to buy it, but It wasn't there any more.
