It can be measured and identified as a low amplitude high frequency tremor/vibration.

thank you for talking about internal tremors. I’m 54 and this scares the hell out of me. I feel the internal tremors almost always when tired or sleeping. Often I wake up thinking there’s an earthquake. I feel the vibrations in my legs, body, arms, and I swear I feel it inside my organs. I often wonder if it’s panic attacks. If I fall asleep in the chair and suddenly wake up my whole body will be vibrating. I hate going to sleep because the bed feels like it’s shaking, but it’s all internal. I do have a stressful management job where I tend to work 9-10 hours straight without breaks or lunch. I also have hypothyroidism, 73 inches tall, and weigh 190 lbs. please please please keep this TH-cam channel updated-it feels safer knowing there’s others with the same experiences.

Hi. Also 54 yo and dealing with this over the last few months. No external tremor. Mostly vibration in chest shortly after falling asleep. Grappling with other (non neuro) health conditions so maybe anxious deep down. However, I usually don’t feel anxious until the vibration occurs.

Internal tremors can be completely healed. Praise God mine were! I had a severe life threatening health crash due to toxic mold exposure, high stress, etc. One of the horrible 32 plus symptoms that happened to me was a constant super loud and intense tremor. Like I was wearing a intense full body vibrating suit. Yuck!! Also,, POUNDING tachycardia, extreme EMF sensitivity where I was feeling like I was being electrocuted while I tried to sleep (the worst feeling ever!), etc. etc. Three years into this continuum I found a functional medicine practitioner who started me taking moderate to then higher magnesium glycinate to combat my extreme insomnia. That started to help quiet tremors and tachycardia. Then I learned about HPA Axis Dysfunction and realized the reason for the bizarre symptoms. I started taking Humic Fulcic Acid and it praise God stopped the tremors after years of suffering. 😊It took years to fully recover from all of the symptoms but I am here to give you hope that it is possible with God! Learn about and stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, calm the sympathetic nervous system, leaky gut healing, detoxification, highest nutrition possible, spiritual peace will all help you to get well. God bless!

I just wanted to update everyone on this post- I am feeling extremely better. I had low vitamin D levels and elevated cortisol levels. I am working on destressing and I can finally walk again. I am about 7 months in and I am still getting better everyday. I took many herbs and supplements that help with "adrenal fatigue" support. I only feel the tremors now when I push my body too far or have a very stressful day. Other than that- I no longer have dizziness, fatigue, or muscle weakness.

I’ve had these tremors or body shaking while I’m sleeping and feel it when I wake up. Mostly in my feet and head- and my brain shakes - get tremors on the side of my temples-
Later on in the day, my eyes start to tear (profusely) - and I feel like I’m having a concussion-
    -Usually every night.
-It lasts for about 7 -10minutes-
    - I’ve had a tooth bacteria problem around the time this started- a few months ago.
-I’ve been on antibiotics-( my neurologist thinks this has an effect- )
-I also have felt an electrical feeling going through my body as well.
I’m so glad to have found you- this is so scary!

I have had a problem with internal tremors for a few years. It presents mostly on my left side. My face (feels like it's on fire! When it's really bad my face feels like it is burning), my chest (feels like an earthquake. I can see why people go to the emergency room because they feel like they're having a heart attack. My only help has been Baclofen). My experience has nothing to do with anxiety! This isn't a "buzzing" feeling...it feels like I'm really shaking in my chest. When it started, I would get motion sickness. I feel like my face is on fire...like a burning feeling. Thank you for your support. You may not realize how much of a difference it makes just to have someone recognize this is a real problem.

I believe that this is attached to other auto immune conditions. I have similar issues to you, plus I have also experienced Vaso Vagal Syncope over many years plus Raynaud’s Phenomenon.
I believe that the condition comes first which might then deliver worry/anxiety.
The internal tremor for me feels like it could be the very start of Vaso Vagal Syncope. So when I experience it…. I am becoming focussed on the sensation, because I have to keep myself safe incase I go down.

Mine is continuous, it never stops, it developed after taking metoclopramide twice, I’ve had two neurologists including a professor evaluate me, emg revealed nothing, nerve conduction study nothing, tremor study said no sinister cause. I do have a mild external tremor, but the internal tremor is by far the worst.. and they say it’s psychological, this infuriates me and makes me feel helpless. It’s not psychological, I know in my entire being it isn’t, it’s worse when I lay down, it’s worse after sleeping. When I have a lack of sleep it’s also worse. Im so exhausted and I just wish I could find some help. I’ve had it now for 18 months, I’m 35 year old male and I want to be the best version of myself, there is no way that this is mild or in my mind. It’s so uncomfortable and it effects every area of my life.

Dr. Sullivan. Thank you for a very informative video. I also experienced that the internal tremors followed my base neurologic issue, which is peripheral neuropathy. I'm 66. My symptoms started 6 yrs ago when I went to get treatment for my neuropathy. For 6 months, I had a treatment where my feet were emerged in water and an electrical pulse was sent through my feet to stimulate the nerves. Over the course of the treatment, I noticed that there was a vibration that went along with the numbing and pain feeling in my feet. It got worse when in the car.
Since then, my internal vibrations have gotten much stronger and are 24/7. The internal vibrations throughout my body, and match the numbing tingling that come from my feet. At times, my IT feel like it has velocity. There is a pounding or force behind the vibration. The meds for my neuropathy do not help with the internal vibrations.

I have not been diagnosed with a neurological disorder. I do suffer from fasciculations in my legs, almost nonstop, and occasionally in various other body parts.
I saw a neurologist in 2021 who cleared me of als, but didn’t look into any other conditions. 2.5 months ago I began experiencing internal tremors as I was falling asleep. I was a smoker, and switched to vaping when changing careers just over a year ago. I noticed the tremors were more prevalent when vaping, and so I have gone back to cigarettes unfortunately. The tremors are less frequent, but still visit me 2-3 times a week. Sometimes as I am falling asleep, sometimes they wake me up, and sometimes as I’m waking up.
My episodes tend to go away when I’m active. So if I get up and move around they stop and I’m either able to go back to sleep, or get ready for my day.
Prior to my in depth research, it was speculated that it’s either ET, PD, or MS. However, I also found that it can be linked to neck curvature applying pressure on the spinal cord.
Considering the fasciculations in my legs and at times throughout my body, I’m scared it might be MS, and that my smoking and vaping played a role in progression, but I’m also hopeful that it might be due to my poor posture and that with prolotherapy/curve correction it might go away altogether.
Anyway, it is somewhat relieving to know that I’m not alone in this terrifying nightmare that is Internal Tremors, and I’m happy to see that professionals in the field are not just taking it seriously, but also studying and researching it, too.

Im so glad I’ve read this! Many years ago I was under high emotional stress. I started to feel this buzzing feeling in my vagina!! It felt that there was a phone on vibrating mode. As you said, to speak to a doctor about this, would elicit immediately the “boxing” effort of your doctors to try and “find a box”where to fit your complaint, this happened on and for a few months. I assumed it was related to my scoliosis and I just lived with it till it disappeared. Today I’m 68 diagnosed with multiple myeloma and found I had three lesions on my spine, one of which is cancerous. Had I gone to the doctors (of which the mayoritario are make), it would have been diagnosed as some psychological problem related to menopause or “empty nest” Syndrome …

Internal tremors scared me to death! I thought my heart was totally out of rhythm. Cardiologists put me through extensive testing but found no defect. Finally realized that lidocaine in muscle rub along with migraine med that includes caffeine were the causes. Caffeine is a major trigger for my ET. I didn't realize lidocaine would cause tremors. Learned that lesson.

I do not get the tremors anymore unless I am pushing my body or mind too much. They are almost like a warning sign to me that I am taking on too much. I started feeling the internal vibrations about a 5 months ago when I had Covid. I was isolated in my own house upstairs in our spare bedroom. I would wake up thinking the bed was vibrating. Never thought it was me. Then it went away and I would have it come back again when I was sleeping in my main bed. I would wake up thinking the bed was vibrating. I would wake my wife and asked her if she felt the bed vibrating. Of course she didn't feel anything on the bed or on my body. My wife was sick recently and I slept upstairs and again waking up or just falling asleep and having this issue. Tonight I fell asleep at my computer desk and woke to this vibration. Now I realized 100% that it is me. My wife and son put their had to my chest and hear nothing but a strong heart beat. IT was really bad for about 15 minutes now almost an hour later, I still feel it but very faint. This is just crazy. No pain just vibrations though out the body. Felt most in my torso. Good times. Glad to see I'm not the only one dealing with this.

Hi, I’m just learning in the past week that I’m not alone with this. I’ve had IT problems for over twenty years not knowing what was going on with me. I’m so thankful for finding this site.
I find when I get the tremors I get anxiety and palpitations with it, I’ve always told my husband that my “nerves” are bothering me. The first time this happened the paramedics gave me a paper bag to breathe in, and it helped me deal with it. If there is other ways I would like to know.

I have a very bad tremor since 3 years, it is there everyday, makes me bedbound most of the time with other symptoms. The tremor is located basically from the brainstem down to the spinal cord. So it feels like a line from the head through the neck, chest and abdominal area. Its high frequency. The tremor makes the life quality really low. I accept it but its really tough when others dont see the suffering this causes and that its real and not yet reasearched about enough.

Thank you! I have had horrific internal tremors off and on for 20 years. I am diagnosed with Panic Disorder. However, I have been off and on medications for years and years. I was diagnosed at age 22 and am now 42. All anxiety medications. What I found out very recently is that adrenal fatigue is more than likely the cause of these tremors.

I extremely resonate with this recently as im getting the run around from the medical system. I've been labeled as just having anxiety and as a result no one wants to help me any further. Its agonizing, especially when the anxiety meds theyve put me on dont help and I still report being in agony for months and they wont do anything to help. I dont know what to do or where to turn anymore as I know its something more than just anxiety, but i cant do anything about it.

I've just found this channel (April 2024). Wow! Just wow! For 62 years, I was diagnosed as a lazy hypochondriac and hysterical woman. Then I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and ME, with OI and a few other bits, but all through it, there has been this internal tremor everyone has ignored. I've often described it as feeling like my nerves are all a-twitter. Rather like the sound a grove of trees where all the birds are jockeying for perches at sunset, but in tremor form.
After brain scans for a visible leg tremor, specialists say I do not have PD or ET. They don't know what that is.
In addition, I constantly have "a thousand cicadas on a sunny day" screaming in my head. It is in my head, not my ears. My hearing tests are perfect, but with background noise, I can hear very little. Isn't life so interesting?

I have suffered internal tremors for some time now. There are times it happens more than others, but I do believe I am starting to figure out what is going on. It's due to recent experiences I've been going through and hearing others going through similar describing the internal tremors as well. Has anyone looked at the role of histamine and Mast Cells in the reports of internal tremors?
I feel mine in my arms and upper body. They feel to me more like something going on at the skin level, just below. They always happen at night and even wake me. I am on zero drugs. What has happened is that I've suffered recently due to some serious trauma caused by the actions of another that caused me to feel absolutely numb. Then I began reacting to various foods, which as I test to see which one, they are all high histamine foods. I do not believe this is psychological, but yet I feel the trauma was a trigger.
I would love to find a really good doctor who can help me. I feel each one I've gone to seeking help that they are looking at me in the way you discussed in this video. It's really sad. But, I am figuring this out on my own and will fight for myself and get myself in a good place without. But, thank you for being so kind and sharing this video and your views on doctors who behave as such. You are one of the good ones.

I am experiencing this right now. The first time I felt it I woke up and thought my bed was shaking. Now I have been finding at almost all moments I am trying to drill in on if I am feeling it throughout the day. It is hard for me to explain it, but I also suffer from hypochondrism. My biggest thing is trying not to have an episode associated with anxiety and hypochondria because I had a very bad anxiety attack last year associated with medical things I thought I had. This is different though. I know I feel this and I really feel it at night when I am sleep all over my body. It even wakes me up. I have had low vitamin D so I think I will go to get some vitamin D and see if that helps. Otherwise, I don't have any diagnosis of ET, PD or MS. I also haven't told this to my doctor yet. I am nervous.

You might consider D3 instead of D. D3 is water soluable so it cannot build up and cause overdose. This is important because so many food/drink items are D fortified, plus time spent in the sun has your body creating more D.
The woman who birthed me is severly hypochondriac and one of my greatest fears is becoming her, so whenever some symptom is bothering me, I ignore it. I've ignored some pretty serious things. I ignored the pain in my hip for 8 years, until moving it made sometimes me scream randomly, it was bursitis, I could have been medicated all that time. I ignored belly pain until I went septic. I injured my shoulder and ignored the pain for a year, my rotator cuff was completely torn in half all the way around. I ignored my back pain for a year, my L5 vertebrae was crushed. Currently and for the last two years I've been ignoring a spot on my back that is very likely a basel cell carcinoma. I'm telling myself it is probably nothing, I'm just being a hypochondriac, and if it really is a basel cell carcinoma, it's slow growing and so not a big deal. Soooo... I finally admitted this to my primary, the stupid little spot, I put my own feet to the fire. Now I have to make an appt. Moral of the story? Even if we are hypochondriacs, it doesn't mean we can't become sick or injured. I don't live on medical websites, but when a symptom(s) lasts too long and is bothering me, I look it up, read the various possibilities, and discover I do not have all the other symptoms that go with it, "voila!" I feel better already. Eventually whatever symptom goes away. Except for this internal vibration. This is so exceptionally bizarre for me.

I have these , Ive never really heard anyone talk about them like this before. For me , I believe it is related to a birth trauma and possible damage to the parasympathetic never - they are also correlated to synesthetic experiences and reactions to stimulus of colors and sounds. Some times if they are extreme they can bring on nausea and migraine.

    • @cathrynp3491

Just watch EONutrition on B1 - you'll be blown away and probably get rid of your tremors. If Parkinson's patients can eliminate 80% of their symptoms in 3 mo.on B1, it probably would help you. Just be patient to get the right dose. Elliot talks a lot about the parasympathetic nervous system which I believe is my problem also. After 2 weeks of a gradually increased dose of thiamine, I'm already seeing some improvement in the inner nervousness I've felt for 3 mo. This morn. I woke up and didnt' have it which was just never happened before because I was always worse in the morning. You can heal, Carmen

I wake up often during the night because of them. I have had this for years now. I am at the point now where I am more accepting of the shaking. It may sound mad but I try now to enjoy it. When it intensifies I lay down to enjoy the ride.

I've had a mild case of familial ET for about 10 years now. For about the last two years I've been occasionally experiencing the sensation of resting tremors in my hands or back muscles when I go to bed. My wife noticed it and says it's barely perceptible (proof it's not all in my head) but I can definitely feel it, which leads me to believe it's more internal than external. It usually lasts for only a minute or two, goes away when I reposition my body, and I never experience it when I'm up and about. I don't have panic attacks so I don't associate this with anxiety. I thought perhaps it was just me but I see that many other people have similar experiences. This video was very enlightening. I'm glad I subscribed to the ICFYB channel after stumbling on one of the previous videos on ET.

Thank you. 5 years ago my internal tremors started. It wakes me up during night sometimes but usually I am only aware of it on waking from sleep. I reported it to a doctor but she didn't understand and recently to a new doctor and she also didn't understand. I am going to ask my new GP to visit this TH-cam page. I had my first PANIC attack aged 12 and it reoccurred aged 29. A doctor placed me on MELLERILL for my anxiety and panic. I was on MELLERILL until ages 36 so about 5 years on 10mg. I stopped using MELLERILL aged 37 when my obstetrician told me to stop it. I still experience anxiety. I am a very sensitive person and find when I drink tea ie early grey tea or other teas stimulants stress in my system so I usually do not drink tea/coffee as I feel calmer when I do not drink it. I love my tea, had 3 cups yesterday so occasionally I treat myself. But this video has answered my questions. I have been searching for 5 years due to this internal brain vibration. I told my sister it is similar to your mobile on vibration when it is in your pocket. Thank you.

I just found your channel, and it's been great. You clearly know what you're talking about. I graduated #1 in computer science and now live disabled with cognitive problems due to a daily benzodiazepine prescription (not to mention being in drug withdrawal for 5yrs). I'm concerned because I need some sort of help with my symptoms including tremor, and I feel like I can't keep going like this, but doctors keep trying to put me on medications that affect benzodiazepine receptors which is the only no-no we know of. What can I do in my position to get help? I feel like I've been ejected from society and humanity along with it. No specialist wants to touch me, but 20yrs of experience in the health system has taught me that typically they want to run tests, schedule a follow-up, etc. I'm scared.

I have MS and when I first experienced internal tremors, I was sitting at my desk at work when I felt a vibrating sensation and immediately thought to myself "they must be doing some construction outside". But when I stood up I realized, that's inside of me! Perhaps it had something to do with having neurogenic bladder with retention but my bladder was "quivering" for DAYS!! It wasn't painful but uncomfortable and very quirky. I wasn't at all anxious but rather amused. The next day after it started, I went on a fishing trip with my husband and was on the boat for hours with my quivering bladder, having a good time on the water. I've also felt internal tremors in my chest and attribute that to having spasticity and accidentally going without Baclofen for four days.

I havea lot of anxiety and have about 3 panic attacks a day depending on what I'm doing, who I am meeting, and so on. But I feel a constant tremor, shaking, trembling from my face, head, neck and down to my hands and in my abdomen, chest and core area and it never stops. Obviously much worse at night, when I'm trying desperately to relax but my mus les stay tensed up and do not want to relax, no matter what I do, drink, eat or take.
I take 1mg Alprazolam 3 times daily which does help tremendously -- I dont think I'd be able to sleep the 6 hours a night. I also take Magnesium Glycinate, best absorbed of all the Magnesiums and it helps with anxiety and repairing the muscle tissue.

I was actually doing pretty well that particular moment, and then she started talking to me, and I started shaking as my brain was listening. She turned to her student and said "Oh, and there she goes." I felt like such a loser, or maybe I was imagining it. Ugh. Then I was trying to explain to her that the stress levels in our house is through the roof as we have a man at the time was 25 years old, with severe Autism, and with OCD. Anyway, she turned to me and said...Can I speak now??? I was just trying to talk to her. I never went back to her. I had hope that I would never ever see her again. I am 24 and my internal tremors have been going on for about a month now. I initially saw something (a weird hallucination of a flower on my wall) after a night of drinking. I had a lot of ear pain and was treated for an ear infection and it still has not been completely cured and I’m seeing an ENT. I also had extreme body weakness and fatigue which has gone away and could have been a side effect of the antibiotic. The only real symptom I am experiencing now is the internal tremors around my chest and head. They are very noticeable when I go to sleep and wake up. I am convinced this is not anxiety or mental health related and would love to hear feedback bc I want answers!!! Thanks for this video! Hi Alexis, I am suffering from something similar which I first noticed in my chest and around my head. I ended up in hospital freaking out about it thinking it was my heart racing. I described the symptoms as internal tremors which had no explanation from doctors. I have since realised the tremors around my head was actually very fast muscle twitching around the scalp. Enough to make me panic. I am not sure if all tremor sensations I get are in fact muscle twitching but I do have evidence of external muscle twitching sometimes that can be seen. I noticed all this after a night of drinking as well

Alexis Baquera That will be interesting to see what your results come back from the endocrinologist. I’ve had a MRI brain and full spine scan that came back all clear. I was planning to see a neurologist to help rule out other things and to put my mind at ease. I didn’t think to see a endocrinologist, that may be another option. My symptoms are mainly, muscle twitching and internal muscle tremors that arise in same or different parts of the body. I sometimes notice my motor functions in my hands (open and close them slowly) are not a smooth motion, however by pumping my hands rapidly it temporary goes away 🤷🏽‍♂️ the twitching and internal tremors are very fast past. Everyone I’ve been speaking to both professionals or not believe high levels of stress and anxiety can manifest itself into these body symptoms. I’ve noticed it for 3 months though which always makes me question and to seek further tests

So it is a reminder that the body symptoms came First! Not my anxiety or panic from them. Are you hand tremors external tremors ? (shaking hands constantly) I have noticed a pattern that if I get emotionally upset or more stressed about my twitching/internal tremors they have gotten worse at times I feel, also exercise has made them worse before I notice Which does increase cortisol stress hormone when we exercise intense. My ears ring which I’ve always had a history of. I did in fact have some muscle weakness in my arms almost like my coordination motor movement isn’t as sharp slightly, picking things up and moving them. I also haven’t lifted weights for weeks which is what made me think if the muscle weakness is normal or not. Hard to say about body fatigue because I have been emotionally upset about these symptoms and have been resting a lot which makes me feel fatigued in general ( not as fit as usual) I haven’t experienced any blurry vision though

3 years ago when I started having internal vibrations, the internet was void of information and doctors skeptical. Suddenly there is information everywhere. Cardiologists and Electrophysiologists thought mine were related to afib, until an ablation stopped the afib, but not the vibrations. The Neurologist discovered what I didn’t have and admitted they were real, but not understood. I stopped mentioning them because it’s hard to make people understand what it is like to vibrate inside so hard you cannot sleep. An Eastern medicine doctor did acupuncture and put me on an eastern medicine containing backed black licorice and other herbs. Within 6 months I was able to go from 6 pills a day to 2. If I don’t take the pills the vibrations grow stronger. On the medication, they are light enough I can sleep. Mine is strongest in my chest, but is throughout my entire body.

Thank you for this video, I see that I'm not the only one, you explain some of my questions.
I've had internal tremor for the last 5 years but it was so subtle (only felt it was there when it stopped for a fraction of a second). It has been like that until 2 months ago when it started being more obvious. At first it was very light and intermittent but for 2 months it gradually became more obvious and now is every time I sleep (even when I take a nap in the afternoon), everywhre in my body and now sometimes when awake. Now it's all the time, even some external tremor is visible but for short periods of time. Sometimes I feel my leg shaking and weak when walking. When I get up from bed in the morning I feel my legs week and shaky so I lean down with my forearms on the mattress for a few seconds before I walk. Then I have problems keeping balance when I walk, sometimes during the day as well.
I feel very tired all the time as well. I suspect PD with only internal tremor. I have a family friend that had that and died of it. I can't find anything on the web explaining that type of PD.
I do not have any stress in my life, I'm retired and do only things I like to do. We have an excellent retirement my husband and I, no reason for anxiety
I'm afraid this could be gradually getting to be PD, that's the only thing that stresses me out!
I've consulted with family doctor but it takes forever to get appointments for EMG or others.
Anybody with same progression as me? I'm checking on TH-cam or the web and don't get any answers...they all talk about anxiety which I don't have. 😕Dominique

Hello!! I am here to update you all again on my progress lol. I sent someone else a message on here earlier so will try to just copy and paste that info because it was all good info to have. Jaden Christopher (a TH-cam on here) was a big help in my recovery so id advise you look into this. I had what was called HPA axis dysfunction or adrenal fatigue (i still have this actually but i am in phase 4-5 now and have been going through this for about 18 months now lol) Learn about the different phases on his videos and this may make more sense to you- When i was in those early stages (1-2) i ate very frequently (every 2 hrs) and i usually had rice, ground chicken, veggies. i would also eat a lot of nutritious foods (veggies, beets, lean meats, tuna, fish, etc) BUT PLEASE TRACK YOUR CALORIES - you need to be eating at least enough calories to maintain your weight. You should not be depriving your body of anything during these stages. I now try to eat over 2,000 calories a day but i am weight training 2x per week now. In the beginning i would only walk and in phase 3 i allowed myself to do light weighted workouts. NO HIIT!! Try to not do anything that ups your cortisol in the beginning and if you do - try to do it in the morning. Go outside as soon as you wake up and try to eat as soon as you wake up. No carbs for breakfast - try to get in over 40 grams of protein in for your breakfast. This will help stabilize your blood sugar for the day. Greek yogurt with no sugar before bed every night. I also took minimal supplements and still take the same ones to this day. I also made myself a pink salt drink every morning. Also found out what my body was depleted of and took those supplements as well. I went and had my hormones retested every 3-6 months. By 1 year my hormones were all back to normal. I cut out all processed sugar and white bread as well and that seemed to really help. Also took cortisol manager, magnesium, vit d, probiotic (NO VIT B), no caffeine, nothing to stimulate you... often times talking would also take a lot out of me- getting too excited would be hard too and too angry :( I drank tulsi sweet rose tea twice a day and chamomile tea before bed. Also - meditation is GREAT! Now that i am at the later stages i can take ashwagnda but i would not recommend that until you are stronger. These are just little things i did... everyone is different and everyone will have different deficiencies as well... Get well soon everyone :)

I first had this in late 2018 and it continued on to worsen in 2019. I think my internal tremors were closely related to high levels of stress and probably vitamin deficiency because I suffer from anxiety and an eating disorder.
I usually get tremors when I’m lied down in bed, most times at night, sometimes in the morning. At first, I thought an earthquake was happening but I noticed that nothing around me seemed to be shaking. I then thought there was a ghost under my bed shaking the bed frame, but I realized the sensation came from inside me/from all of my torso internally.
One of the worst ones I’ve had was when it was paired with an ocular migraine in 2020, where there was a huge zig zag in my vision, as well as a bounding heart. It was morning and I thought I was going to have a heart attack. I remember only having one cup of coffee the day before that, but my parents told me I was drinking too much. I felt crazy, but I knew they were tremors.
So far, these tremors have lessened in frequency and I have them less in 2021 and 2022. I’m guessing it’s because my country has practically suspended physical classes, which in turn caused my social anxiety to lessen in general. Though I still have bouts of weird tics because of stress, it’s nothing as intriguing as this. Thank you for the great video, I really wish people knew more about this. The ocular migraine thing paired with the tremors and bounding heart really scared the life out of me, and I was treated like a crazy person!

I started feeling these tremors during meditation. It wasn’t that intense so it didn’t bother me that much until this past weeks I began having some muscle twitching in my legs. Then I started to feel this vibrations in my legs constantly. It’s terrifying. I realized that this thing is also causing me anxiety because of the fear that maybe I have a serious illness. But I realized that I have to help myself and take the responsibility. So I stopped drinking coffee and tea and alcohol. I am becoming more aware with what I eat. Perhaps a solution for some... I've been waking in the night for 2 weeks with violent torso tremors that instantly activate my nervous system. I am not under stress nor anxious but when the shaking starts, I get an immediate feeling of anxiousness, my heart pounds and then I'm off to the bathroom. Episodes last 1-5 hours and may occur a couple of times a night. I've been to the ER and am now working with an internist. I have no stomach pain nor GERD, but I think my problem is STOMACH ACID which is strongest from 10pm - 2am (apparently). My episodes only happen in the night. I've tried eating when it happens but it doesn't help, nothing did until I tried sipping BAKING SODA IN WATER (homemade antacid). I've just started Sandoz-Pantoprazol 40mg recently and things are much better. If I do wake in the night, I take a tsp of liquid Gaviscon and then my shaking stops and I go back to sleep. I'm getting further testing but wanted to quickly mention this in case it can help anyone else. No doctor figured this out, I did. Talk about a bad acid trip! On a side note, I did develop gut troubles after 2 years of allergy shots a decade ago and was told to stop them as they can cause Crohn's Disease. I'm just wondering if my gut was bothered by something in the Pfizer vaccine of which I had 3. I've not felt well since my 3rd shot 6 months ago (Just mentioning this and NOT looking to start a vaccine debate here thanks).
