Akhi i wish I can do what you did, I am stuck in the UK due to the mother of my children who left with my children, used the non-Muslim law to take my wealth, stopped contact with my children. This is the consequence of living in a non-Muslim land. As Muslims we really have no justification living in the western non Muslim land.

Subhanallah Akhi , May Allah make this test the means of you entering Jannah. Allah's earth is not only contained to UK, save as little as 5k and move to Morroco and get married. I went through the same thing.

May Allah aid you and rectify your affairs and make it easy for you to be able to reconcile with your family. The dua is stronger than you think. Be sincere, make dua, and do the means, never use anger, especially in these situations. Always try to be there for your children (in the legal way, of course), maybe by sending cards, etc, so when they grow up, they know that you cared. After every hardship comes ease!

May Allah make it easy for you and all those who go through this situation. Hence, why brothers it is important? Who should you choose to be the mother of your children!

So if this really happened to you . Why do you still want to stay ? You can't see them anyway .
الله ياخذ الحق فالمجرمين Women who have not done this the islamic law was not applied to support them and give them their rights and dignity. They have been oppressed twice by their husbands and by the "shoyoukh"
They had to pay the price double and rotten in silence

Based on your limited info: You should try again to go to court for shared custody. Find a good lawyer or some kind of dad's right group for info/reference. At least make a point to do video chat or phone call. Write a letter to them, etc.

*The voices and sound of other people in your environment make it harder for the viewers to watch and listen thus disrupting the importance of the story itself..... it would be of great importance to look a conducive venue or place to carry out on such important activities,جزاك الله خيرا اخي*
