Great advice as always. The higher quality nutrition and less eating out - especially if someone is in a calorie deficit, almost always saves someone money.

In December, a box of 60 count eggs in my area cost $27. I stopped eating eggs. This week, the same box is $11. I bought a box and ate 6 eggs this morning. I use my pressure cooker to cook tough cuts of meat.
Dang. A dozen eggs here is minimum like 5 to 8 bucks depending if caged to free range etc. I haven't looked at the larger packages but I would guess it would be a lot too
Hay Dr a great job on the video as you know my wife and I own are condo we now have a mortgage so we are watching our money I believe that this video will help us both my gym is now up and running iam ready to get my first work out thanks
Another great video Dr.A.👍🏼🙏🏽 Would you believe I was eating a salad bowl of spinach, mackerel, boiled eggs, & grated cheese, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil when I clicked on this video!?!?!🤯🤯🤯
Plant based protein smoothie with a quality protein order, berries, hemp seeds, etc. Or high protein overnight oats. You can also break your fast with a mono serving of fruit.
Not one of your better videos. If you want to talk about "cost-effective eating", you should just drop the whole "organic" "non-gmo" thing. In some cases, it doubles the prices of the ordinary supermarket item. Not sure why you think eating organic non-gmo is conducive to eating on a budget.

Fantastic content, it’s all about the mindset shift and long term benefits of eating whole unprocessed foods that don’t break the bank.

What do yourecommend for avegetarian for breakfast who does NOT eat eggs or fish
Plant based protein smoothie with a quality protein order, berries, hemp seeds, etc.
Or high protein overnight oats.
You can also break your fast with a mono serving of fruit.
Be wary of this so-called "Wild Caught" Salmon;
Sometimes it's farmed Salmon which is released then caught.
Then labelled as "Wild".
Breakfast sounds great , but not at 6am
😅
How much is, in weight, a serving of nuts? And a serving of salmon? And a serving of salad? And a serving of... 😀
All the money I save not buying junk, wow 😄
