- Today's video was cut off due to rain starting but I got all the interesting stuff. Most Cybertrucks I have seen yet. The charging and inspection lot was completely full on the east side.

Wow Best count was like 389 might be plus/minus of 2 or 3. Wow wow wow!!!! very cool!
Holly Molly!!!
One heck of a factory
My cyberbeast is in there somewhere.... 🇺🇲. Bring it to me delivery truck.
Thanks Brad
Thanks Brad
0:14. River Road. East extension. Surprised that the bank/berm is being shaped. I would have thought the overburden from the quarry would need to be removed and replaced with compacted earth.
These works may only be a temporary road.
Bottom left. Excavator. Seems to have a screw-head attachment. See 3:11.
1:18. Parking Garage. North-east corner. No sign yet of footings for an elevator shaft in this corner. Single elevator location seems likely.
1:52. BIW, apron. Top right. Excavation works underway. Relocation of existing drains etc.
2:04. Parking Garage. West side. 3 spools/reels/drums of cable, behind the electrical vault.
2:57. Parking Garage. South west stairwell. Blue sheet hanging from the handrail. Painting the stairs possibly.
3:13. Southend east. Tank Farm. American Tank and Vessel trailer removed.
Far left. In front of the excavator. Screw/auger pile drilled into the ground.
3:21. Southend east. Small blue and white mobile crane used to erect the final roof beams.
Tank Farm. Spreading gravel.
3:30. Southend. Left. Concrete placed in the trench base.
3:34. Southend. Left. Middle trench. Yellow plastic over the large Level 2 floor opening. Hanging plastic from the edge beam.
3:46. Southend, west. Left. Ductbank east-west under the structure.
4:20. Southend, west. Perimeter beams installed with some type of fixing lugs on the bottom flange.
Top flange installation height matches Level 2 in the main building.
Can’t quite imagine how the 2 rows of windows on the main building will transition to full height glazing.
A second braced pair of columns abutting the existing building.
4:55. Southend, south. Middle trench. Hiding something behind the yellow plastic?
Concrete has been placed. Plastic possibly only to keep the weather out.
5:05. Southend. Glazing hoisting equipment covered up. Crane gone.
Truck load of materials. Possibly the start of the parapet frame.
5:48. Westside, storage. Bottom right. Good view of one of the casting furnaces.
6:07. Westside. Bottom right. Electrical contractor yard. Assembling additional supercharger stations on the precast bases.
7:16. W-WOW. South. Concrete stormwater drains turn northwards.
7:58. Westside. Tunnel Project. Excavation in front of the TBM has been backfilled and compacted.
1:18 Hopefully the footings are buried. Not having a second elevator shaft would be the dumbest design decision possible, but not unexpected on this project.
Backfill in front of TBM doesn’t look very stable for the start of excavation, I still expect a lot of disturbance above when it starts.
No discharge conveyor yet. Seems to be holding them up now. Could have made one from scratch in a couple of days.
Plenty of segments on site to keep up with the record breaking construction speed claimed for this machine.
@@davidsalisbury50 Do you think this will be, or should be built up higher?
They will just bolt the sections together behind it and go@@DessieDoolan
I counted 392 Parked Cybertrucks. WOW.. They're growing like weeds :)
Most of them are waiting to be flipped for rapidly decreasing profits. I am looking forward to being able to buy one lightly used for under $50K in about 18 months..
Cybertruck line is killing it.
Thank you.
Looks like great work being done in Texas
😍
Thank you - woohoo!
The goodness never stops. tnx
Thank you!
Merci👍👍👍
Thank you keep them coming🎉
Wow. People see cars and trucks. I see the energy transition. Bi-directional will be bigger than oil.
I breath cleaner air!
@@BTSloan70Really? The science shows that EVs aren't helping with that issue. Just the extra tire dust is making you breathe more toxic air. Look it up.
Thanks you Brad, video fantastic, from Spain
Awesome!!!!
Excellent!
When Henry built his Model T,
the parking lots were also full of Model Ts.
Except those were owned by the employees assembling them.
A car every man could afford, and fix themselves.
Haha, except only the rich could afford a motor vehicle back then. And you needed to be able to fix things yourself because there was no infrastructure... You couldn't drive 2 miles away to your nearest dealer and have an expert fix it under warranty for 5-20 years (depending on the make).
Not sure what point you were trying to make
Some factory - Keeps growing as does production. Great job.
thanks
the new road is coming along well :)
do they have some clever solar placement for the extension ala the TESLA block on the existing part of the GF ?
A estimate count I put it at about 360, by estimating groups of 10. Could be as low as 330, maybe as high as 400.
cool music
So it looks like the Tunnel Boring Machine is going to pop out somewhere between the new addition and the existing plant? Is that why they are waiting? For construction to advance some more?
Lots of trucks
Hey Brad if you could lower the drone right here 3:48 and pan up you can probably get an idea exactly where the tunnel wow going. Use the steel structure like the sight on a gun and center up the boring machine
Go to 4:27. Gap in the perimeter grade beam. That's the tunnel alignment.
@@DessieDoolanthat’s what I’m thinking too but aligning it up with the steel structure while there is still an opening / no roof would confirm it
@@stevewise75If you go back to 3:42 there's a line of column footings with a strip-footing/grade beam in between. My speculation is that the strip-footing is for the retaining wall for a ramp down to the tunnel entrance/portal.
What's not at all clear is whether the TBM will be removed from outside the building at 3:48, or be dismantled inside the building somewhere in the yet to be constructed open space visible in 3:42.
I wish they'd start boring!
WOW as if I wasn't $TSLA & Elon fan enough this is WOW. I haven't been by there since August and it looks like it's grown 10X. Go $TSLA!
Wow! Big jump in production this week!
Looks like they gotten the hang of it building the Cybertruck.
@@BTSloan70 yes Sir! 👏🏻
Maybe I’ve miscounted but I got to 412😁😁
396 CT💪
whats up with all the missing bed rail parts still??? Supplier issues?
Seems like easiliy 150 cybertrucks a day? Almost more than rivians yearly output only with cybertrucks
⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️
Sure looks like truck production is catching up to the model Y for sure.
Is this 370 estimated at per week?
Or 2-3 days?
Or 1 day?
The company hasn't yet finished building
@ 0:30 I do like to see a bit of brown earth. It take me back to the old days. Once upon a time, there was a muddy field ...
Wow they really pumping those Cyber Trucks out one after another now as the really perfecting the manufacturing technics on them.
285 CTs
Thanks Brad for today's flight!
River road:
@ 0:16 Good view of the River road extension work.
Parking garage:
@ 2:44 (Bottom) Transformer?
EOL facility, south:
@ 8:49 Duct-bank heading west.
@ 9:08 and 9:24 Anyone know why they are storing the Cyber garbage cans rather than shipping them to customers?
funny how there is not a single solar cell on the roof of those huge buildings. At least the conman behind the solar roof tiles company realized solar is silly and makes no financial sense since we have basically unlimited crude oil.
Mamma mia!!!
Soooo many Cybertrucks --- and a stock price that is flailing 🤐
Now's the Time to buy
I hope at some point folks purchasing a Cybertruck or other model will have the option to pickup their vehicle at Giga Texas. This would help reduce the cost for both the new owner and Tesla.
By US law, everyone purchasing a cybertruck or MY or a Corvette, or Camry, would have to pay the same destination charge respectively. The manufacturer is supposed to average out their costs and charge that across the board by model. It doesn’t matter if they pick it up on the opposite side of the country or the outbound lot at the factory the buyer is charged the same amount.
The only U.S. law regarding the destination charge is that the cost to deliver is listed on the vehicle. There is no U.S. law stating a new car customer can not pick up the new vehicle at the manufacturer. The manufacturer makes some money on the destination fee.
I am in Seattle and received an email to configure the foundation series as an early reservation. But I'll skip and wait for the regular dual motor while enjoying my MYP 😊
Does Tesla control what hours you will be flying?
No, the only thing they control me flying over the factory. So far Elon is good for it so long we don't get too close to people.
👍
Good video Brad. Do you know why the two cranes were decommissioned and removed from the building extension area?
Any idea why there are so many CTs parked instead of them being shipped out? Is there a shortage of trailers or congestion at the rail head?
Any idea where the tunnel will exit? Inside the building extension? If so how will MY exit?
There's a theory that they're holding off on much more steel work on the south end until the tunnel exit is completed, as they'll be removing the boring machine first after it comes out. I wouldn't be shocked if they decide to build a second tunnel for the Model Y end-of-line, orif they restructure things internally to have them all use the same one. I think it's all guesswork now, but if anyone knows real facts, please set us straight.
@@pfcrow Sounds plausible. Thanks.
@@pfcrow Did you noticed that the boring machine is now push right up to the dirt?
@@BTSloan70 Yes! I wasn't clear on whether the machine had moved or if they had added more dirt. Adding more dirt would be weird, but not out of the question; their process is a mystery to me.
@@BTSloan70 TBM hasn't moved. They backfilled and compacted the excavation that was in front of it.
Elon’s screwed us up with the price changes as for the early reservation holders
wish they wouldn't park them in the dirt. Seems ridiculous. Hardly overflowing as well.
$400 Tsla is coming
Cybertrucks for customers parked on dirt... Jesus Christ - really?
Oh no... it's a truck
@@donkeytonks6466 , a naked truck.
When tunnel is complete will cars coming out of factory drive themselves to delivery yard
That is the plan.
I wonder why they don't have solar panels on their roofs. Thought tesla was also a solar manufacturing company

Cybertruck piling up not being bought!
That a-hole driving the tracked bobcat should be fired for not yielding to those trucks there at the end...send the video to the boss. 😖
I was thinking the same thing….what an idiot
I expected him to pull to the right and let them pass. They are the money.
