- Hollywood Tesla diner at twilight. A rainy night in LA got me to the diner late (traffic?). LA downpour (rest of the US - sprinkles) was still going but I decided to risk the drone as the wet streets, low light, sunset in the west all combine to make a pretty epic setting.
Speaking of setting. I got lil_InstaBrain to put this vid to music. Or maybe this is the music video of lil_InstaBrain’s latest song. Either way, it’s got a #TTPD flavor with a hint of Taylor’s version. Great song, fun video. suno.com/playlist/42bea781-56...
No construction, but you’ll get an idea of how epic the LED/neon covered diner will look each evening. Add in the 2 huge movie screens & you’ve got an “only in LA” kind of set piece.

It’s cool that they are extending it into the adjacent area for additional superchargers. It would be even cooler if they could also purchase the neighbouring garage property and demolish that and turn it into a green space / outdoor area or even more superchargers.
I’m looking forward to how they finish it out & how the neighborhood changes around the diner.
