Julia and Hunter, I’ve been watching y’all channel since you were in Texas and you guys have been nothing but an inspiration for me! I’m 27 years old, with a 3 year old daughter and about to get married in 2024, all while battling breast cancer right now, and after I beat cancer my fiancé, our daughter, and I are going to take a chance and just move out of state. I'm actually sad it seems you guys really loved this home in the tour and you put your own touches in it (lots of thrifts pieces, then loving the fall time there , the walks to the park and meeting your dog friends, Hunters golf buddies, all the restaurants you like . I immediately fell in love with your house maybe that's why lol 🤣 now I'm on edge! 😣
My guess would be that you’re going to Paris so hunter can pursue that class and live there for a bit until you find your next dream home. All around awesome to explore and have variety in your life, esp before kids!!!! Best of luck and I’m here for the ride with y’all😁

So happy for you guys! Since you’re selling all your furnishings I think that you must be leaving the country. If you were moving to another state you would just move it like last time. I remember that Hunter was offered a spot in a dream class in France and that he really wanted to take it. Julia was very encouraging and felt that he should do it. You visited Europe recently with your family and it would make sense that you’re moving to France. You even hinted at moving to Europe for a few months in a recent video. Wherever you’re going you will be happy because you have each other (and Booker). So exciting to start this new adventure 💕
