You should cook your eggs on a super high heat let the pan heat up before you put the butter & eggs in and it takes legit 30 seconds but they stay fluffy and not dry! I accidentally discovered it by forgetting I had the stove on 😅 but supposedly it’s how people in Japan make their scrambled eggs!! Never going back to my old way of taking forever to make eggs

That is THE best way to make scrambled eggs, BUT, you should really be using a wide spatula. They’ll cook so much faster and come out perfectly🌸
