While the internet offers abundant information, it's also flooded with misinformation. Despite the wealth of knowledge online, fertility science hasn't notably progressed in assisting women to conceive since its inception 50 years ago. It's disheartening that IVF procedures remain largely unchanged since their introduction 45 years ago. Time stamps on videos would be helpful. Personally, I find tracking basal body temperature frustrating due to its erratic patterns. Additionally, my experience with ovarian rejuvenation resulted in a decline in embryo quality, despite initially having promising embryos. Despite having a favorable AMH level for my age, IVF outcomes were disappointing.

Aw thanks. 🥰. I after I crossed 50 is kept forgetting my age and have to pull out a calculator sometimes to confirm. I'll be 55 in a few months. 😲 In my head I'm still 35 or so.

I jumped on the keto and intermittent fasting trend and it messed up my cycle. Is there a way to restore hormonal balance fast?

I'm sorry to hear that. My instinct would be to shift away from the "how can it happen fast" notion and ask your body what kind of support it needs to come back to its best natural balance. I think it's the "fast" wish that leads us to make choices that sometime push us off our center. Generally speaking, nourishing yourself well with healthy food, getting rest and getting exercise are a good place to start. You might also consult with a nutritionist for guidance.
