What an overwhelming story , my heart is with Anita ❤. It reminded me my last ultrasound check up just few weeks ago where it shows clearly beautiful 3 eggs in my ovaries (in my eyes and as I choose to see it 😊) and the midwife (I'm living in France and here it's a common job where midwifes act partly as OBGYN) said aww only 3 eggs not much chances... In your age... I told her I need only one, if my average quantity every month is 3 eggs my chances are grate. This conventional, fixed minded approach is so exhausted but tx God I know better, I practice better and keeping a growth mindset. I also reminding my self that conventional health providers are so behind in their mind development ( not much of brain integration is available there...) . Thank Natalie you as always for helping keeping my mind and others flexible, integrated and on the growth side rather then the opposite. I don't take any of it for granted and it supports me allot when I need the help of those who are on the fixed minded side .

🙌. Yes! "I only need one." When I was 45 years old and getting an ultrasound after my 2nd miscarriage, I asked the tech to tell me how many follicles she saw....she said "3 on one side and 1 on the other." I thought to myself "oh good, we're still in business" and I was pregnant again 4 months later...with a good egg. I'll be holding hope for you! 🥰

Try a natural cycle!!!! I’m sure she’s doing all the things for egg quality & if his sperm issue has been addressed they should try a natural cycle!!!!

Right? I don't think we should assume eggs are unviable just because of age (or AMH).
And in terms of things someone can do for egg quality... Ironically, when people think they are doing "all the things" already, they are often also quite stressed out, so there's usually an opportunity for improvement there too.

@@FertilityfromtheSoul that is soooo true ! This is why I incorporate meditation into my routine & try to remember to relax my body & deep breath throughout the day. I really do think they should try natural cycle though bc they one place is saying they wait 3 cycles anyway! See what they can do on her own. Also I think our own beliefs about our bodies have a lot to do with things! The last few months I’ve been pregnant every time I ovulated but they ended in chemicals & before I just wasn’t getting pregnant - the thing that changed is I started believing I would be pregnant soon - now I need to believe I will STAY pregnant bc after so many losses you almost are expecting the line to fade! So this ovulation I’m going to believe my body can GET pregnant & STAY pregnant ! Let’s see what happens 💕

@@ArareCHANCElife That’s great you are shifting your beliefs and expectations. From your photo, I’m wondering also if you have a little one and if you are breastfeeding. That can lower progesterone and lead to these very short “chemical” pregnancies too. Either way it might be worth checking your progesterone levels. You can do a blood test at 7 days post ovulation or use the Proov urine test at home.
