that's why companies like Apple, Tesla build their factories in China. where else can they go? let's forget other factors like electric power grid, labor cost, etc. how the logistic works without those ports?

part of it, but very small part. labor cost in China isn't cheap any more, and relatively much higher than the neighbor countries like India, Vietnam, etc. Tim Cook said himself. it's the logistics and talents. In emergency, you can make a phone call to gather a full room of engineers. I think it's possible for the same in India, but again you won't solve any problem by just meeting.

China's ports are going into 5.5 G industrial revolution 4.0 technology, where they are fully unmanned ports, with operators controlled off site .
Previously during the conventional handling of ports,it normally takes 8 hours to off load and load a container ship.
With the implementation of 5.5 G,it has shortened the usual tasks to only 45 minutes.

US of A has benefitted far more than China from the global trades in the past 3 decades. Bro, China is no. 2 in economy and has the most number of billionaires in the world, but because of the sheer number of people they have ( they are number 2 in world population) , their per capita income definitely would be lesser to say a country like Norway whose population is just like a city in China. Their being a socialist help their country to become rich but that does'nt mean their people are mostly poor. Visit China and see for yourself.

@Glory-to-God, who defines what poverty is?? Certainly not the arrogant full of themselves white people. I live in the United Kingdom and the poverty here is so shocking. The quality of houses is so abysmal, with many of them riddled with disgusting blackened mold that is destroying people's lungs here. In America there is skid row that has so many homeless Americans who are defacating right there where they sleep, it is now a stink hole and smells like sewage. Are these inhabitants of skid row classed as rich since America is supposedly rich.... Stop coming here to mock China's efforts. China does care about eradicating poverty, it lifted 800 million out of abject poverty. America on the other hand doesn't give a toss about the wretched millions in America......

In 2020 CHiina's PM at that time said
CHiinna had 600 million people with monthly income of 1000 Chiiinese Yuan or less.
in 2022 there are 1 billion people with monthly income of 2000 Chiiinese Yuan or less = $280 USD per month
Chiiina maybe is rich (especially the CCP), but its people is pooorer.
