Thank you. I am 65. I have been wrestling with a slipped L4 on L5 and possibly hip deterioration. Currently I am shopping for a neurosurgeon. It looks like I have severe atrophy in.my right glutes and very weakened in my left. I am here to strengthen the muscles that could very well save me from surgery. I don't want it. I really appreciate your warm up video in the upper corner. I do those first, then come back to this. So easy. Thank you again.
Miracle Mike ! Finally found someone who really understands what a Senior core exercise routine should be. Even some of the seniors that have routines on TH-cam don’t seem to get it. Sooooo glad I found you. I am not only an older person, but I have conditions that limit what movements I can do. I have an arthritic spine and hip. So This routine is perfect for me. I love the way you have modified some of the exercises. Brilliant!!! I will definitely tell everyone I know about MIRACLE MIKE!!!
This is a nice gentle reintroduction to fitness for me. I aim to do your seniors exercises every day. Keep up the good work and thanks for remembering us “oldies” need help with fitness too!
Mike thank you so much for your videos. I’ve been dealing with chronic glute issues and today I found your standing core and glute video. Recently I took a fall in the garden m nothing broken thank goodness, just a very bad sprain Which reactivated chronic glute . Today I did your 7 minute standing warm up first followed by the standing core and glute. Thank you again. I look forward to doing more of your routines as I regain my flexibility and strength.

Standing core and glute exercises = LOVED IT!! Adding to my program. Just did a 30 minute power walk then your video heading on to some seated stretched for all areas of body. Thanks Mike. Your videos and greatly appreciated!!
Thanks Mike, I usually treat teenagers to young adults at the sports club. But recently had two elderly clients with sciatica type problems. So this video has helped me modify a rehab plan specifically for them!
Working my way through some of these exercises and found this one really helpful. Mike gives a useful commentary which explains what muscles are being exercised and why. I am surprised how quickly I notice an improvement. Great stuff!

Loved it. I am 69 yo female. Recently fell and now have imbalance and vertigo. Walking with a cane for security. These were easy to do and very timely. Tysm
I viewed this one, Mike, and plan on doing it later on today. I enjoy the enhanced bird dog exercise because it keeps all quadrants of my body moving. My abs are no problem: I extend the sitting core exercises by about 10 times and plan on lengthening these standing ones as well. It's a nicely laid out routine as always. So glad my repertoire is ever increasing. Best...Anastasia

I sure feel the burn with these exercises! They are simple but very effective for me. I challenge myself to increase the number of reps as I progress in these. Can tell the difference from when I first started.
I first do warm ups and then look for certain exercises that target my pain areas. Short workouts like feet, hip and glute exercises etc. I find time throughout the day to practice, four 10 mins routines. Its great. I am working up to 55 mins in one go, not just yet though. Thanks again Mike.
Thank you Mike. Really enjoy your exercises and appreciate they are designed for seniors. I want to maintain my fitness and realize the importance of daily exercise. I welcome this particular set for the core & glutes. I work out & with weights 4-5 times a week but would like to improve the glutes. Already do some for the glutes but will add these in with the hope of tightening up more.
I have been doing the Standing Core and Glute Exercise for several weeks in hope that I could lose some belly fat. I even add extra Squats. Do you have any other recommendations? I love all of Mike's exercises and stretches so far.
