    Your workouts and yoga flows are always so perfectly balanced. Even if you are dying in the middle you leave the practice energized and just feeling good. Exhausted sometimes, yes, but always with new energy at the same time! This is really something special about practicing with you and I love it!
    It was just perfect for me today, while I didn't have much energy, but wanted to move my body for not too long after a short upper body sequence.

    Day 2 week 3 2nd vid...you always nail it with these intense workouts, just when you get tired and want to take a break, you give just enough of a stretch or less difficult pose "break" to be ready for the next challenging sequence!

    Very energetic practice! I feel more ease and flexibility in my legs and hips after doing it. I love the alternation between working on strength and flexibility. I feel so good!

    I love ALL your videos but for some reason the intense ones you narrate at the same time you are doing the workout make me feel reassured-I can hear you breathing hard and know I’m not the only one going through the hard work and that I’m normal! 😂

      Музыку можно самим поставить на свой вкус, но вот таймер нужен позарез, что бы не смотреть на экран каждые 5 секунд
