@@supersport1331 no, porting the Throttle body opening to bigger than the tunnel can flow means nothing. No point trying to go that big. Keep it logical

That coating looks amazing!
As a former industrial lab technician Tony was able to create the formula by mixing several kinds of heat resistant and abrasion resistant minerals with a high temp high performance epoxy coating. We have a video were we test ours against powder coating and ours was more heat resistant

You have to get caught up lol. The BRD is our new porting stage which consists of 90mm TB tunnel, highest flowing TB possible, max shortening runners in the upper and lowers. Designed strictly for higher hp stroker and larger displacement motors.
I got tired hearing all the work done to it. Great work. Can't imagine how many hours it took.

Are there any alterations made to the systemax for tall valve cover clearance or would a spacer need to be used still?
To run roller rockers without the need of a spacer is simple. We sell the perfect solution in valve size that is not too tall and not too short.
What is the difference in flow before and after
A stock Systemax 2 average runner flow is 250-255cfm and TB tunnel flow is 1,050 cfm. BRD flow is said in the video

Woohoo I need those ported parts for real , I was going going to ask what BRD stood for , and u left me with a cliff hanger 😅 that's alright I catch all your videos and still plan on sending you some parts to port once I have the cha ching upfront 😅 didn't know about all that 😅
