Undoubtedly he's a great producer. I think his biggest issue is, his sound is synonymous to SWV. That's not a bad thing, but that doesn't help his longevity or visibility outside of us as fans.

@@MJamesIII Yeah... They are responsible for Janet's sound, but the biggest difference is they had a sound long before her and they have crafted many hits after her. Just think of "Human" by Human League or "Tender Love" by Force MD's. They were able to compete in all genres and made crossover hits. @@crews-lj3ph they wouldn’t be remaking the song, they would be recording it all over again. If I paid them or someone else decided to do the song for an album then that song would be a remake. When they did “Where You Are, There Never Be as well as If Only You Knew” those were remakes.

Man I swear I love BAM with SWV. I'd take them together over Babyface and TLC anyday. Even on the Waiting to Exhale soundtrack I like the song Babyface did for them better than TLC. The only group that I feel as much is New Edition

I'm not sure it's happening due to legal disputes with RCA over ownership of the vocals. They might come to an agreement for the 30th anniversary of SWV
