Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, Princess Leia Organa, Chewbacca and their droids have managed to return to their ship unharmed. However, Skywalker notices his mentor, Obi-wan Kenobi in a duel with the evil Darth Vader. Moments later, Kenobi sacrifices himself so the rebels can escape, but the young heroes' troubles are far from over as Darth Vader isn't finished with the intruders...

If this happend in the movie, I would like to think nothing much would change for the original timeline, all that luke knows that obi-wan is alive early.
You should just make an entire series about The New Jedi Order books and then remake the Sequels in this. I love this type of story telling.
As it turns out, I am doing the NJO (albeit the highlights), I’ve currently only done up to Dark Tide 2, but I will do them all in bulk in the future. :D
As for Sequels, I may do them, but I’d need a bit of inspiration before I do.
The comics line in which Vader killed many fathers is a great detail, nice one.
Where Luke fought him prior to ESB.

I wish in the TFU: USE the Obiwan Kenobi bossfight should have took place on the Death Star. The Falcon escapes and Kenobi's voice speaks to Lord Starkiller.
Kenobi: “You may have defeated me but hope lives.”
Starkiller: “The Rebellion with fall without you to help them. It is foolish to resist the Empire.”
Kenobi: “It is you who is foolish to think the Empire would prevail or that I was the Galaxy's only hope.”
Starkiller: “So ... That mean there is another.”

Thank you so much from Sydney, Australia and from me as my favourite Star Wars character, Luke Skywalker since we are both youthful, love adventure, love being the hero, I can talk like him and Mark Hamill’s Star sign is Libra like mine. I’m very happy he used his father’s blue lightsaber and did not lose it in A New Hope and on his first adventure

Love this, this and the Remaking of the Ben Kenobi and Darth Vader fight made by other film makers, would have made Star Wars A New Hope alot more of a master piece.

As a fan of every era, including the Disney era, yeah this change would be a great special edition addon if it ever happened haha. Very anime-esque idea to have Vader still coming after them but have Ben spawn back in as a ghost to ratchet up the tension. Unironically could see that as a ver out there in an alt 1977 cut, that and the fxitinpost fight scene lol

question: ive been trying to open the falcon & the door in the death star to no luck. Is there an addon to the mod or am i missing a keybind maybe?
It’s a modified model for the ANH mission, it’s not useable in the menu map.
Holy fuck, that was really good. I gotta echo what some other people in the comments have said about the editing and general production quality for this being pretty crazy good, even compared to (most of) your other videos. I'm also really quite curious where the hell you are getting some of these voices from. That Leia voice actress in particular is remarkably good. Is there some radio drama or audio book or something you are getting these, or is it AI, or did you just pull a rabbit out of a hat, or...?
....Oh, also, nice inclusion of the 'great many fathers' line. Definitely one of Vader's better quotes from the modern comics, which is saying something.

@@Gumegguai Huh, go figure. AI is getting rather terrifyingly convincing. I could still kinda half-tell, but only barely. Either way, its very convincing, so I'd recommend you keep using it in the future whenever possible.
I will, but for now I’m only using it for voices I personally feel like I can’t replicate/ don’t like doing.
Some characters will always be AI voiced (Leia, Ben, Lando) and some will never be (Luke, Dash, Vader).
