I love how the Tacoma is so versatile it can be a trophy truck or I’m building mine with 1 ton axles on 46s they can go everywhere that a jeep can as far as being able to go somewhere that a full-size truck can’t and you still have a bed to put stuff in for when you go camping and traveling😂

I had to do a trade deal for the Toyota dealership I work at for a Tacoma yesterday, drove all the way from Illinois to Michigan and back. This is one hell of a truck to drive especially while in a big monsoon storm on the expressway. 4 hours of cruising in this thing was one hell of a joyride for me.
@@floridajames04 They’re great trucks with decent fuel economy. If you’re not hauling a giant RV or anything super heavy, there’s no need for a thirsty V8 to boost one’s ego. They’ll get the job done and still be on the road 30 years later. I drove a 2021 Cummins ram 3500 at my previous job, and that thing sucked down fuel like crazy.

I just sold my 2002 Tundra 5.7 4x4. 540,000 miles on it and you could still set a watch to that engine timing. Transfer case and trans still flawless as day 1. How was the body? Great, save a few scratch and dings over the last 21 years. A bit of surface rust over the rear wheels (as expected).
