Idiot gym trainer in my gym told me to go parallel with floor for barbell rows and no wonder I started getting very bad lower back pain. I watched your video and relaxed the back angle to 45 degree and my lower back pain problem got fixed. Thank you for making this video you literally saved my lower back from lifelong damage. 90% gym trainers in India have no Idea about bodybuilding and half of them dont even have a fit body.
The bar is going at a tangent. Movement is up & down in the line of gravity. If you are moving forward its not your lats taking the bar ahead its your anterior deltoid actually pushing the bar ahead.

Great video and good explanation. Another trick which I use to keep the lower back out of the picture is to lie belly down on an incline bench and use dumbbells to do it. Keep your elbows near your body and shoulders down. As our body weight is supported by the bench, there is no lower back involvement. Let's grow.
Instead of going with over hand grip , isn't it better to go with a under hand grip to target lower lats? Coz in underhand grip the elbows will be closer to body? Isn't that right?

To add on this technique, transfer d weight on ur heals & pull d barbell with ur elbows to remove tension from ur lower back & at d same time taking biceps out of d picture
because he is certified and he has lot more knowledge than that of jeet selal... i recommend u to not to follow jeet selal tips ! brah gourav taneja is full of knowledge and he proves things with science

Always take the position in which you can feel the burn in that exact muscle group for which you are working for. That always works.
