The green pancake called serabi, the green color on it not matcha but Pandan leaf and the sauce is brown sugar syrup. And Sayur that u try is called bakwan, bakwan is deep fry of mixing vegetable (cabbage and carrot) and flour some add with spices too. So glad that u both love indonesian street food. ❤️👍
The green pancake is not using matcha.. but they are using another condiment like Pandan leaf water or Foof coloring to the pancake. But its still healthy dan safe for you guys 😉
Sayur & pisang goreng that you guys try is a very very common street food in indonesia. The "sayur" one is basically vegetable fritters, we call it bakwan or some Indonesian call it balabala. Mostly it made of cabbage, carrot, and sometimes beansprout. The green pancake (serabi) is made of rice flour. The green coloring comes from the extract of pandan leaves or sometimes just basic green food coloring. I hope you guys enjoy staying in Indonesia especially in Jakarta and have great days while here.

- Mie ayam ( classic chicken noodle )
- Martabak manis ( indonesian huge pancake )
- Martabak telor ( indonesian huge omlete )
- pecel ( eastern Javanese salad with peanut sauce)
- pecel lele (fried catfish with sambal ~ i recommend you no spicy sambal by requesting the seller "sambal tidak pedas / sambal manis")
- batagor ( fried meatball + tofu w/ peanut sauce )
"Martabak manis" or "terang bulan" because in other places the name of the food is different
@@aiwaitsuwa in my hometown in east Java, we said "terang bulan" but in Jakarta they said Martabak Manis.. and sometimes me & my friend argue about this stuff😂
It's just the same with pecel 😂 people in Jakarta said "pecel" instead "lalapan"😂

Apem cukit is a food that is usually found in the month of Ramadan, made from rice flour and yeast, it tastes a little sour eaten with real brown sugar liquid or given a little coconut milk .... Happy enjoying traditional Indonesian snacks.
Dude I really love with ur pronunciation. It's so easy for me as indonesian to listen at ur voice. U speak clearly every word and it's not fast
We're so glad!🙏🏻💙

Hopefully both of u having a time to attend the Eid Mubarak experience here in Indonesia. Have a nice day
It called bakwan, the ingredients are vegetables (sayur): carrot, cabbage, sprouts
Serabi kuah, the green color is from pandan juice (pandan leaves)

The green pancake called serabi, the green color on it not matcha but Pandan leaf and the sauce is brown sugar syrup. And Sayur that u try is called bakwan, bakwan is deep fry of mixing vegetable (cabbage and carrot) and flour some add with spices too. So glad that u both love indonesian street food. ❤️👍
Sayur Goreng => Pizza kearifan lokal

Terima kasih... Happy ramadhan in Indonesia, i hope you always enjoy and happy... Aamiin
