You can feel his rage when he burn both Lust and Envy. Lust for make his subordinate disable and Envy for killing Hughes.
Envy was an idiot, and probably the most annoying and infuriating of the homunculi. She (seemed more like a "she" to me) totally overstayed her welcome, and I loved how disgusted she was by humans, but then she herself is absolutely hideous and tiny and weak in her true form. She lived too long and was really stupid. She actually forgot that her "sister" was incinerated by Mustang. Then she taunted Mustang into attacking her, even though she didnt want to die? Father was also overly proud and excessively arrogant and disgusted by humanity, too.
mustang is one of the most baddass character ever 🤘🔥🔥

I'm reading this and watching the part of him losing his arms and still managed to stab Scar with the sword between his teeth. With his age and previous battle, yet such epic battle.

All of this could have been prevented, if Hohenheim just yeeted the Dwarf in the Flask away, as soon as he was told that they are standing in the middle of the circle.

Father was a good villain, but I didnt care for his true appearance; a speck of dust. A cool origin story, but couldn't he have at least been a little less pathetic-looking in his true form?
One of my favorite scene is when Al Sacrifices his soul to give Ed his arm back, i know it wasn't as "epic" as you guys think but the way it was executed was so damn good.

Agreed. One of the most epic "no U" uno reverse card "watch-me-take-advantage-of-universal-laws-everyone-else-takes-for-granted" moves in anime, easily on par or above Lelouch Vi Britannia manipulating god.

My favorite moment was when they trapped Pride. Not only does Hohenheim show how much he loves his kids but also Pride's scream at the end was full of so much hatred. It's surprising Pride and Hohenheim don't really know each other.

Shouldn't Hohenheim know all the homunculus well since, they were the manifestation of the flask one's 7 sins and the flask one grew from Hohenheim's blood.. hmm..

Best anime ever made, best villain character is Wrath, if he was in is prime none of the good guys would be able to stop him, but basically all of the characters were outstanding, Mustang also superb, story and pacing, also satisfying and well written ending, and let's not forget, one of the best power scaling and power systems in anime. Practically every fight is epic. And not even once they broke the rules of the power system to accommodate bullshit power-ups like so many other manga/anime do, the philosopher stones gave the illusion of free transmutations, but in the end, all they did was using human souls as the energy (price).
Greed was the best villain (if he really was one)
I mean there are to much good villains like father, greed, scar, bradley and more
While I enjoyed FMA:B, you should really check out Hunter x Hunter. Even better story.

@J Pride had regenerate power. He lost this power in the same moment he forced mustang to open the gate of truth.
Well actually he could have done it even now, he was already wounded, tired and he was actually destroying scar, the only thing that let scar live was the reflection of the sword blinding him for a moment, and ofc the limitations in Bradley abilities caused by those wounds
My favorite moment is when ed,ling yao and envy cooperate to escape gluttony's stomach.But overall Fullmetal Alchemist has some of the best epic moments in all of anime.

左足が交通事故の後遺症で不自由になり将来のことで悩んでいた時にハガレンに出会って勇気がもらえました！今はちょっと不自由だけど病院でメンテナンスしながら夢を叶えて頑張って上手く付き合ってます。今でも悩んだ時は原作を読んで元気をもらっています。ハガレンは人生の教訓がつまってます(*^^*)錬金術使えるなら使いたいですよね♪

one of the more /minor/ scenes i really appreciate is lan fan cutting off her arm. it just shows so much resolve, dedication and wit to not only fool wrath but also rid herself of a ”liability”.

5:34 is such a powerful moment. The souls want to help Amestris citizens because Hohenheim asked them to. "Hohenheim asked us to, after all" in that childish voice. Tears everytime
I think when wrath stormed the central command when he returned was the best scene in the anime. But yeah besides that everything is great. All of mustangs scenes are amazing

This will forever be my #1 favorite anime of all time. This anime made me feel every single emotion, I loved every opening and ending, and I thought the pacing and the story was perfect in every sense. Everything about this anime was just perfect.
