The Torah cannot be dissolved he is the living word p..but Paul's letters are not scriptures and he wasn't one of the desiples and Paul taught differently than the Messiah ..that's why Yeshua hamashiac quoted the old testament remember the church has not replaced Israel 🔯
I am currently learning and struggling with some of what Paul wrote. I have seen contradictions from Paul that- maybe I don't understand. Maybe his intentions were to glorify God, and we have just misunderstood him. God will know his heart and God will judge him good or bad, not me. I am not Paul's judge- but what I do know is that Jesus, Yeshua, is Messiah and the Son of God. He is Emmanuel. Paul is not, so when I see Jesus say one thing, and Paul say another thing- I follow Jesus not Paul. Paul I don't think intended for his letters to be taken the same way as the Gospels. In first Corinthians 7 he says wives and husband's should "come together" so that satan can't tempt them, but that its a concession and not a commandment. He goes on to say he wishes men could be diciplined and remain single as he is, but it is better to marry if you can't control yourself. So Paul does include his personal opinions in his letters, but the church has often treated Paul's letters as commandments from God. In 1st Corinthians 4:15 he talks about how you will have many teachers in Christ, but not many fathers. Then he calls Timothy his "son in the lord" who will remind you of "my ways in Christ" as I teach everywhere in every church. Should it not just be Christ's way? Why should it be Paul's way in Christ? Why not just Christ's way for those who follow Him? Why should Paul consider himself a father to Timothy? Jesus said in Mathew "Call no one father, for there is one Father" "Call no one teacher, for there is ONE teacher and you are ALL brethren." Jesus says we are equals. One Teacher, one Father, one Master. He was talking about Himself and His Father who sent Him, not Paul. So I am having to take what I read from Paul with some grains of salt, because Paul may have good intentions, infact I think he does have good intentions, and I think he has good advice for Christians, but he is not my Lord. He might talk about laws, but his words are not laws unless they came from God. If they contradict the Gospels they do not come from God.
