I have the kitchenaid food grinder.. I have done so many different kinds of cheeses hard and soft but I always put the soft ones in the freezer for about 20 minutes and I've never had any of them gum up. With all of my meat I set them in the freezer for just a little bit maybe 15 to 20 minutes and then grind them and they work Really good. I like the idea of using this attachment to do my peppercorn. Thank you this was a great video
As others have said. For almost everything that goes through grinders you will want a 30-70% freeze. The friction involved turns everything to mush. As well, your fine plate looks about 7mm. If you are fine grinding use a 3-3.5mm plate
Wow I never thought about doing pepper through a meat grinder. I use a Tasin 108 meat grinder for grinding. Had thought of doing like this with attachments, but with research found a true #12 meat grinder was more suited to my needs. This attachment for $25 is a great find and you did a super job showing the many ways to use it.
Yeah, since the box says it can do it, I really like to test these things out! Glad you found it entertaining and useful to watch! Appreciate you taking the time to leave a comment!
@@MeemReviews You definitely did test that one out for certain. I find myself often times going one step further and wanting to modify things too. ;) Great reviews.
Honestly I’ve never tried bigger grains, but I would probably say it may have trouble because the ‘neck’ and grinding worm are quite small. I would feel they may possibly get stuck.. 😊
Your review was so much better than all the other ones I have seen. Thanks for posting great content.
Oh thank you, I appreciate the comment!

These are great tips!! Thanks so much for sharing, really appreciate it!
Maybe freeze the cheese a little bit before hand? Nice and cold, maybe it won't mush as much. Nice video. I love your accent. :) Thank you!

Please use the pusher’s other end to unscrew the cap. I guess it will fit on.
does it grind bigger grains?don't know if I buy a processing jar to attach in my blendet , or this food grinder to my kitchenaid.
