Also, I don't think you mentioned something important that's indicated on the outside of my Kenome box. That burger probably had all the tenderness of a truck bumper. Ground three times and way too finely at that. You didn't bother chilling the meat or your grinder in between grinds so the fat likely smeared and became all stringy. You do not need to grind more than once. Use the middle grind size and run it through only once. Also, What was with the introduction of Cornholio at 6:41?

Aluminum is expensive but 10x cheaper then stainless. You maybe pushing 200$ on a full stainless steel part like this instead of 50-60$ then there are many grades what qualified as "stainless steel" many are bare bottom trash just for the label tag. If you don't know your steels and the manufacture won't tell you assume its trash

Run the machine on highest setting so there`s less strain on the motor, that straining motor causes heat buildup.

I believe different meats call for different speed settings.

Also, different cuts of meats call for different settings. Not quite sure what for what. But I remember hearing tougher meats call for a different setting.

The Kitchen aide brand grinder has a plastic housing and you should run it on low speed as to not build to much pressure and bust the housing.

Pretty sure the higher the setting, the more strain would be put on motor.

@@willeywashington1284 Pretty sure? Do you own a K/A? I do and I have tried both settings,my machine gets hotter at lower speeds and you can hear the motor straining.
