I have a KitchenAid version that I found when it was on sale at that time for about $39 and I love it. My Stand Mixer is under warranty and I bought the KitchenAid brand attachment so I won’t void my KitchenAid warranty. This one is nice though.
I haven't tried the attachments made by KitchenAid brand, but this compatible brand, Gvode, is what I have been using for the past three years now and it still works very well.
Sorry for the late response, I use mine A LOT, at least 2-3 times a week and I've never had any issues with it. But I don't use it for commercial or do large quantities as such, so I don't need a lot of power. It really depends on how much you plan to use it. Hope that helps, even if you've already decided on one! :)
Thanks for showing how thin the slices are!! That’s what I needed to know!
You’re most welcome! Thanks for leaving a comment!!
Good video. Straight to the point, nice demo.
Thank you for watching! Glad you found it useful.
Love this kitchen aid shredder
Thank you Meem, For this video. At last I understand why the slicer unit doesn’t always look the same in pictures.
Thanks for the short and informative video.

Oh wow, $39 bucks is very good, lucky you!! So far this one is working well, but I’m going to keep my eye out for KitchenAid sales next time. 😊
3 years late but I bought the kitchen aid prep attachment and returning it. The slicer pretty much shredded the cucumber. Maybe I was doing it wrong.

I'm thinking of a buying a KitchenAid, they are very low voltage compared to competitors can advise if that's a drawback
