I made these last weekend and they were by far the best jerk chicken wings we have ever had. After they came off the grill I tossed them again in the remaining sauce. We ate every single one of them and were sopping up the extra sauce from the bottom of the bowl with the wings as we ate them. I will def be making these again. As we were devouring these my wife was telling me all the other things we can use this jerk sauce on. BTW: Your book arrived today and I can't wait to make more of your delicious recipes!

Hey 🆎 The key to flavor is a great dry seasoning mix or a flavor-filled marinade and let the protein take a bath all night long. I poke holes in the meat to help the marinade.
Have you ever used a vortex ab? I find it really easy to use and cook with.

Very neat and clean. Good explanations/directions on how to cut, and prepare, I don’t do chicken wings,but the marinade was awesome. I can use it on breasts too. Can I use this marinade in an air fryer?
I love jerk wings but ingredient list is too much of things I don't normally have. Luckily I found a jerk marinade in a grocery store. Even my Jamaican friend knew about it and said it's as good as authentic and signed off on it.

since i cant grill i will modify the recipe and add some liquid smoke to it, and i have smoked paprika and smoked sea salt.
